I reserved a 20' rental van almost 2 months in advance, only to find out that not only did they not have the van ready, but the only van in a 50mi radius was only 15'. I was charged the SAME price for the smaller van. So instead of only making one moving trip to our new location 100mi away, I was forced to make two. For extra fun, I was also CHARGED for the extra milage on top of that. The location did not even have an appliance dolly in stock, which I also reserved months in advance. Need less to say I will be using another company in the future.

Jeremy M.My card has been charged twice both with incorrect amounts. Also the battery died on the truck while I was using it. I was also told I would be getting a dolly and there was no dolly.
Caroline S.But they did not have the reservation. I was told that the web site does not work a lot of times. He told us the website showed a truck at location #2. Nope. Truck was not there and told website is bad. Location #3 said there was a truck at location #4. Well, they were closed, on a Wednesday at 10am. So, go back to location #1 and a customer just happened to be turning in a truck at that very moment.

Karen G.When I walked in, i started getting questioned as to why i need the truck for 2 days, then told I needed a bigger truck for the size of house I was moving. I knew exactly what i needed and rented the size of truck i needed for the time i needed. This is not my first time moving or using a U-haul. It may be my last. I don't need someone who has no idea of what I am doing trying to tell me what i do and don't need. Learn to trust your customer, we are the one doing the move and paying.

They lied about how much gas I returned it with and charged $20 plus for gas after we put in 5 gallons for a 28 mile trip Very dishonest business practices and I would never used this location for anything. They were condescending in tone when they returned my call about this issue and I told them they were dishonest. They said they do not try to be dishonest - so I assume it is only natural. Rent at your own risk. Insist on a full tank of gas when you rent - their ability to read a gauge is very questionable.

Your online inventory is NOT ACCURATE.
