The truck we rented was dirty inside and out.at pick-up. The truck only had 3702 miles on it, but you could not tell with how dirty it was. I noted when I picked up the truck that it was dirty. When I checked the truck back in at 1:30pm I again stated the truck was dirty and needed washed before the next rental. I was then charged a $25 cleaning fee on the automated return equipment app. I contacted the Town and Country U-Haul employee (where I rented the truck) to have cleaning charge reversed and was told to wait 30 minutes while they finished their lunch.WALTER S.

Everything was great, easy access and location. I would like to make 2 points though, the tongue weight of this trailer is to heavy for 1 person and there should be a crank to connect it. Also, I received in excess of 8-9 emails to make this reservation and sale...overkill.STEVEN G.

Amazing service. Wonderful and accommodating staff, who remembered to ask about a ramp, when I had not thought of it - and it was definitely needed. Kind, professional and knowledgeable staff who went out of their way to make picking up and returning easier for me since I have a broken toe and need to walk as little as possible. The best way to improve is to set up a better system where they let one person inside the building, with a mask on or they don't come in at all, so that everything can be handled in person instead of calling a phone number outside of the building. The other thing you can improve on is to look at quotes and realize that when a customer needs a utility dolley, it should be inside the truck already and not asking the customer to check other trucks to find one because that's not the customer's job to look for one in other vehicles, the employees should be checking that or having a utility dolley somewhere in their building.Christopher L.

I did not like the contactless no human, call a number and wait interaction. They were nice but I do not like this type of customer interaction. Way too long of a wait while the phone is ringing and you can see the person sitting there not answering.Donald G.

The lady call center rep I spoke with was very unprofessional and not courteous she told me I must buy a tow hitch for trailer they didn't have any. That was a false statement store did have a tow hitch and I already bought the hitch to connect on my vehicle. The man at the store was polite and professional.will B.

With a NO ENTRY into the facility, it was difficult to get a staff person out to take possession of the truck. I called multiple times with no answer and finally someone came outside by chance and I turned the key and vehicle over to him.Neil O.

Upon arrival, a larger truck was assigned due to limited availability on size requested (this was not an issue as price was for the size reserved). However, the incorrect auto transport was attached and had to be changed out, delaying the pick up process about 15 minutes. Equipment worked well, no issues.James J.
Montana is an absolute asset. I live in Concord and will only rent my equipment from Uhaul Huntersville because of Amanda and Montana. Two of the hardest working woman I have ever witnessed. I was not able to use the pre-registration to send picture of my driver's license - did not open on my android phone. I want to THANK the nice man who helped with taking driver's license photo & hooking up trailer then unhooking it upon my return!Pamela M.
Corporate app decided I should return the trailer to an enormously busy area 15 miles away when this location was less than 5 miles away. The personnell at this location were extremely helpful in getting me checked in, securing my final paperwork and closing out the rental. I was still on hold with corporate Uhaul tring to get a live body when they had everything figured out. LET THE RENTER CHANGE THE LOCATION OF THE RETURN. It's ridiculous that the initial return location was perfect, in a email, and then when I went to return the trailer on my rental do, it had changed to a different address, town, location and would NOT allow me to change this. Stupid. I see it is a revenue generator for you, but grow up.Daniel F.
