The representative was pleasant and helpful. The van cab was dirty; there was no window washer fluid; and the Psi was low in two tires. The back of the van was very clean.Patrice J.
The truck could be warmed up and ready to go for the customer. Also, let the customer know the status of the items staying on the dashboard. Accurately state the gas in the truck on the paperwork. Staff should return the truck to the spot they want not the customer due to the spots are extremely tight.Leon W.

The app is a nightmare. Having to use 3 different cell phones to sign into the app, to get the app to function correctly was so frustrating. Moving is already a task no one looks forward to but trying to navigate a malfunctioning app in the rain to pick up a reserved truck made it that much worse.Shakita L.

Blankets and dolly that I paid for was not in the uhual. The uhual was dirty, left unlocked and back was open. You all made the check in process very difficult I already submitted all the information and you made me redo the processPaul R.

The truck didn't have trash in it however, it was not clean. The stirring wheel was sticky and so was the radio, seats, etc. Due to the pandemic, the trucks/equipment should be cleaned.Darlene P.

The mobile pick up process needs work. It took me calling Uhaul customer service and being on hold for a while in order to get the code for the lockbox keys. I was on a tight schedule and it made me very late. That was very disappointing but other than that, everything else went pretty well overall.Leslie J.

When I started the vehicle, the tire pressure light was on. I used my credit card to add air to rear passenger tire. The cargo area of the vehicle had to be swept out b4 I used it. It would have been nice to have these things done b4 giving me the keys.velvet B.
I would recommend updating your trucks; some other locations have newer trucks. Nothing else, customer service with Chris was amazing. App was super easy, a flawless experience.Jasmine F.

The staff was very courteous and pleasant. However, noone came out the inspect the vehicle with me. I think this is very important, since U-Haul would be holding the renter responsible for any damage to the property. I rented a vehicle on two seperate occassions about two weeks apart. The first one was so dirty that I took it to the car wash. Both vehicle were dirty on the inside, one had mud in the back and both still had the food wasted on the inside, as well as the contract left by a previous driver. Given the state of what is going on today, i.e., COVID-19, these rentals should be at least wiped down on the inside.Vanessa D.

I believe that uhual should enforce NO SMOKING In the vehicles because an person with asthma like me had a hard time in the closed in vehicle on that hot day. But experience with Uhual staff was fantastic and they were very friendly and helpful.Kevatte J.

For this location I didn't see a need for improvement at this time, thankfully they weren't busy at the time I came in. Robert was training and multi tasking a few things at the same time but he got the work done in a timely manner. He got me in and out within 15-20 minutes I believe. I will be using them again. I would not recommend Uhaul. I reserved a 26 ft truck 2 weeks in advance for our move on a Saturday. I reconfirmed one week in advance. Uhaul called me on Thursday before my move to confirm a pick up and drop off. GREAT. On Friday morning before the move, Uhaul called, were sorry, we over booked. WE DON'T HAVE A TRUCK FOR YOU. REALLY!!!!! I confirmed it yesterday. Yes, well sorry. So as my panic set in and I started to look elsewhere for a truck. And I did find one, placed the order. I was out doing errands and drive by a storage place near my home with 3, I repeat 3 26 ft trucks on the lot. I pull in and low and behold. They are not on hold and ARE AVAILABLE for rent. So naturally I snatched one up. Now what I didn't mention before is that the truck I was suppose to pick up, was 40 miles away. Were I actually rented was 10 miles away. REALLY PEOPLE, GET YOUR SHIT TOGETHER.robinetta S.
The truck had previously been used to haul construction material and had drywall debris everywhere. Had to sweep the loading ramp before use and pull hunks of dry wall from the brackets on the side walls. The floor of the cab had drink spills. I would also recommend Uhaul add USB ports to all vehicles, not just 12 volt plugs. I had ordered moving blankets but none were available. The team in Charlotte at Boxmeer for the drop off were great! The moving team was good too.Algie F.
