The first truck I picked up had a hole in the roof on the seam that we did not see. The next morning the back was full of water. The company quickly replaced the truck with another one. Even though they were closed on a Saturday they came in and did it. Great service.

Interior of rental was filthy, staff was 1.5 hours late arriving so I could pick up which caused me to have to extend my rental by a day, no one answers their phone. Just a bad experience all round.

they went above and beyond to help us. I hit a mouse and they where there in 10 min . Took care of everything then took us to a hotel for the night. the next day picked us up and took us to the Uhaul ,where they had two men to transfer every thing to a new truck they where very helpful

The requested number of furniture padding blankets was not available and the shortfall was a bit of a problem. It would be much better if the dealer could make sure they have enough stock to fulfill a customer request.

We had originally thought we were going to a different town for the drop-off but after phoning UHaul they gave us this address and made it very easy to switch. We received an email confirming the change and the next day our check-out was processed and we received the final email. Very easy from beginning to end.

I have worked with a local UHaul representative who is Excellent, and I deal with him directly. This time I had no choice but to rent through the Self Checkout and the Pick up feature. What a nightmare. I was sent to 3 different locations. Nothing had been set up and yet I received a confirmation of my order and told to go to the first location. Then every time I called UHaul I would be transferred from one division to another. I will never rent from this location again. OR anywhere in Pembroke/Petawawa. No one is open weekends. The last UHaul representative, Jack, was helpful and was able to help me, but only because I pleaded with him to help me.

The U-HAUL rep was not actually there at 10am despite that I called twice before to confirm that was a good time. One of the mechanics called him and I could clearly hear the conversation. The mechanic asked if he was close as there was someone there to pick up a truck and his answer was “So fucking what”. Also I was charged for a second day on the truck despite the U-HAUL rep on the phone telling me the 2nd day was free.

No personnel available for drop off even though I dropped of the vehicle on Dec 1 3:58 pm. There were people in the office but they ignored me and would not open the office door. I also note an additional transaction by UHaul against my Visa credit card for $39.60 on December 2 - What was this charge for? If was unauthorized by myself.

Truck was empty when i picked it up. I had to fuel it and brought it back almost full with no refunds...
