Items inside were wet ( it rained during our trip to Buffalo).Shortly after getting on highway check engine light went on and indicated truck was overheating. Air conditioner did not work and we had to leave window down in pouring rain to de fog window for 2 1/2 hours. Truck was clean. No issue picking up or dropping off. Staff pleasant and process quick. Husband reported issues to drop off location in Buffalo. Was hoping for some sort of compensation but did not get it. Pick up location had very loud music blaring at entrance. It was just a little off-putting.John E.

This staff needs training on how to hook up a trailer and they followed NONE of uhauls usual protocols. Terrible experience.Karen C.

Please inform them of your process involving obtaining the key, entering info online and other related tasks. I had checked in online and attempted to make my process quicker, since I was on a schedule. This lack of info really added to my stress. Please let customers know this can take some time, and that there are more steps than one might expect. The truck was clean and ran great during our move. I'm glad we arranged for a 20ft truck...whew.Raymond C.

I had rented a truck for one day and the price was $108.00 not bad at all. It was supposed to have a dolly inside for me to use, witch I paid for and it was not in there. I decided to keep it another day thinking it was gonna be the same amount. My husband dropped off the truck and the guy said you had it an extra day right. My husband said yes and the man said ok your all set I will send you the receipt. He contacted us and said it was $323.00 on top of the 108.00 I don't understand why so much and the man didn't explain. Total of $431.00 now that's ridiculous. I will never go there again.BRAHYOW H.
Drop off site I was told that they do not uninstall trailers during cold weather and I had to do it my self . When I asked for a receipt I was told that they email it . When I asked where's my proof associate said there is none .... be nice or you'll pay !William H.

Confirm contract date and gas mileage on pick up. Drop off location recorded wrong time and charged me an extra day, also charged me for additional gas I never used! Absolutely rediculous.Ahad K.

I called to file a complaint with management and was told it was nothing they could do. I reserved a 10 ft truck from an authorized location and the truck didn't have heat. I called to complain and was told no other truck was available that I can call roadside assistance or rent another day. That's poor customer service I requested a refund and was put on hold for 30 minutes completely unsatisfiedCynthia W.
