I had little to no issues in procuring my rental vehicle. The truck was newer and even had a backup camera which was really nice. The individuals at this location were nice and easy to work with.

I guess I was a little disappointed that the first place I went to in Schofield did not have the trailer I needed even though I got a confirmation call saying it would be there. We had to wait an extra hour and drive to a new location to get a trailer to start our packing. It would have been nice to get some sort of discount on the trailer for all the trouble we had to go through.

Did not appear to be related to speed, although road condition did not help in areas that were bumpier than normal. Experienced full body soreness following the use of this rental over two days. This was not a pleasurable rental experience.

NICOLE H.My unit became infested with some type of rodent and many of my belongings became destroyed from chewing and nesting. Almost ALL of my belongings, inside of boxes as I unpacked, were covered in rodent feces. I didn't store food. But I think the odor on some of the camping gear may have attracted them. Also, two couches became moldy while in the unit, and several boxes got almost saturated with dampness and deteriorated. Luckily the contents were undamaged. One couch was salvageable and one was garbage. It was only 2 years old.

Daniel B.Checking in on-line was a royal pain in the ..... There needs to be a longer window to pick up your rental from your set time. My total due was totally jacked up. It took a 45 minute phone call to resolve the charge.
Jeff O.Customer service was great! Being 71, I was unable to lift the tongue on the 6x12 trailer we rented. I had to ask third parties on both ends to help me connect & disconnect the trailer from our tow vehicle. UHAUL NEEDS TO HAVE TONGUE JACKS ON THESE HEAVIER UNITS.

When I booked I wanted to return it to Antigo Pioneer feed on 45 right where I was but they made me drop it in Weston giving me this extra charge. I was on hold with cutomer service for over an hour to get this changed, while trying to unload truck. I am very disappointed and want this charge reversed! You need to do much better with customer service, it is aweful!!!!!!!

Hate not being able to walk around the truck with someone and make sure everything is ok. Otherwise everything was great. Truck ran perfectly, was easy to load and was comfortable.
