This paritcular uhaul vender is NOT to be trusted. They told me when I rented the Van for 24 hrs it would STILL be double billed. I explained how it won't. After that I IMMEDIATELY called UHAUL and explained what the vender said, she said don't worry and did NOT make a note of it as I instructed to do. then when I returned it EARLY, They LITERALLY DOUBLE BILLED ME.
