truck cab was dirty. I had to clean truck cab. there was a spilled drink all over the cup holder area and left open bags of chips were in the cab as well. The cargo department was filthy. I had to clean that as well before use. Very disappointed. this was my third rental in 12 months. Extremely disappointed.Brent F.
I went with uhaul because they advertised having a ramp. When I went to pick my rental up . This model didn't have one so it cost me 2 times as much hStephen S.

this location is a gas station/convenience store. the person there was not able to help me and I was required to talk with someone on the phone (difficult to understand and couldn't always hear him well). wasn't really sure what I was doing or supposed to do. Apparently I was to pull up a link that was emailed to me to confirm any previous damage and verify mileage and gas tank level; this was not communicated well and I didn't do it before leaving the gas station. Fortunately there were not any issues and this was correct.David Y.
When returning the truck there were scratches that we were accused of making. The scratches should have been marked at Cook's Auto prior to taking the vehicle. The equipment check in link expired before I could fill it out. The truck was used to load art & was in a large parking lot all day. Next time I would take my own pictures as a record. We have used UHAUL often & never had any problems so we were surprised.Peter S.
Truck was not filthy but it certainly had been used a lot and the inside of the windshield was very dirty.Joan R.

Every follow up email was a day late. I turned in the truck on Sunday evening 4/18. I got a call two days later to drop off truck. I had to go back to location where I dropped truck off and have them finalize my rental two days later.JOHNSCOTT G.

I was very disappointed in your overall registration process. I had filled everything out online and still had problems picking up my rental. It took another 30 minutes of re-registering again and then I had to give my personal information in a public place, which was stated that I would not have to if I registered online. I will never use this rental company again. It was a horrible experience.Penny A.
Really quick in and out picking up and dropping off versus last uhaul place. Easy. Recommended.Adam R.
We had an issue with pickup and they really tried their best but they were very uncertain on how to handle different situations. They had to call/bring in multiple people to figure it all out so it took a long time. Once we got past that, it was much easier! The truck up front had an old mask and dried muddy footprints in it but I don't think that was a previous user, it was very muddy that day so it was probably who brought the truck out. The back of the truck was fine. We didn't get to pick the truck up for 2 hours trying to figure everything out, though, leaving us time to only get one trip out of it. Then I am billed for the SafeMove insurance even though I declined it multiple times and they told me they can't do anything about it, I'll have to contact Uhaul?! Are they not Uhaul? Initially I was billed double but luckily that fell off within a day. A week later I'm still waiting for a reply email back to be refunded for the insurance I declined. There needs to be more training, especially understanding a chain of command if there is an uncertain issue.Christopher B.
