Linda A.Wish the drop off center had some signage as to where to park the truck. Instead we had to circle around with a 26' truck.
KIMBERLY W.Scheduled pickup for 1030 am Sunday 22 August. Location was marked closed until 9am Monday. Service provider named Mercedes called at 1130- asked me what time I would be interested in picking up on Monday. Stated that I had already picked up the trailer-Mercedes was unaware. Simply put-get your stuff together. You are either open or closed, and don't allow bookings for closed locations. If there was any other option locally I would never do business with you again.
