Contacted Corporate Customer service only to find more mistakes. The truck tires were nearly balled, and wires showing. The truck was stuck and had tow, however some incompetent person put tow on soley the trailer and not the truck. Then was degraded for asking them to make it right. Never again uhaul. Also failed to fill order. Missing 30 moving blankets and utility Dolly. Horrible service overall.

Took over an hour to check out a small trailer despite having advance check in; prepaid and confirmed time reservation. The sole employee experienced significant "computer problems" which eventually were resolved by his calling the help desk/manager. Cars and trucks were parked in the only access driveway making it necessary have assistance to simply drive my SUV into the parking lot.

The uhaul share 24/7 had poor internet connection, the evening before I waited over an hour on the phone for customer service...I was never sent a code to set up the user name and password I was told you can just use your contract number instead...but that was not accurate...even though I paid ahead it took over an hour to pick up the truck. I called the emergency number at Sturgis and his mailbox was full. The system needs improvements

I was charged $30 additional at checkout for no reason. I called to find out why and they said I wasn't but the receipt from my bank said it was. In addition it overdrafted my account and had now put my account -$75. FIX THIS

I was suppose to get a 26 foot truck they gave me a 20 ft truck. when I went to pick up the truck there was a 26ft truck there and they said couldnt have it cause it was rented when i came back about 9pm the truck was still there I WAS NOT HAPPY

The back had not been swept out, there was quite a bit of loose dirt. Took us 30 seconds to sweep out. No big deal. Everything else went fine.

Phone calls placed to the Tool Shed often went unanswered. When I questioned a charge ($17 for 4 gallons of gas) the individual became defensive stating the truck left with “over 7/8 of a tank and returned with less”. When I explained that was not true, that I had taken pictures of the odometer and gas gauge side by side before we moved the truck and after we dropped it off she became short. Jason the Field Manager was beyond helpful and was able to look at our photos and resolve the issue quickly. We will consider using UHaul in the future, but will never use The Tool Shed again.
