I had to change location to pick up my U-Haul 3 times. The vehicle has an exhaust leak and was loud sounding like it was going to fall apart. The back was dirty. They did not have the size I requested and it appears I was charged for the 20' not the 15' like I had to settle for. The online chat person installed to did not know I was able to drop the truck off at a different location for a fee and wanted to argue with me over it. I also returned the truck a day earlier than anticipated and could not get an answer if my rate would be changed to only the days I used it.

Reserved truck month in advance but called a few days early to find out that they didn’t have a truck for me. Transferred to Sheri in Dallas and she was amazing! She found me a truck an hour a way and gave me more mileage and some money off for my troubles.

This was second location I picked and it was great. Originally they assigned a location over an hour away and after working with the U-Haul agent on the phone we found this one that was on the way to where I was going instead of driving 2.5 hours to go get the U-Haul.
