First of all, I reserved the haul trailer online. I opted out of the 70.00 in insurance and have proof. I got to the store and he asked for my card. Come to find out he chose to charge me for the insurance and I never authorized it. I'm mad and I want my money back. Why was I charged for something that I did t authorize. Then the guy hooking it up told me there was something wrong with my trailer plug and just shrugged his shoulders at me and wasn't helpful. There was another guy that came out to help me trouble shoot it after that which I appreciate but the other guys were not helpful at all and over charged me.APRIL D.

Very frustrating. My pickup location was moved twice even after I checked in and prepaid. The last move was later the night before an early pick up and while I was traveling. It was in a town 30 Mike's north of where I was staying and loading. This you look more than an extra hour out of our move dayMichael D.

Tow dolly had problems with the ratchet straps being worn out and hard to get released, one of the car ramps was very hard to put back in the dolly after loading the car, and one of the handles was missing. Straps were new but ratchets were worn out.DOAK G.

There was one dashboard light that kept coming on and off. Not sure what it was. If dealer is aware of this it should be mentioned, so we as the driver don't get too worried that something may happen when it is on.Genevieve Y.

Very helpful and quick. It was almost too easy, all I had to do was drive up and they took care of everything.Ryan R.
We rented a 26' Truck the pull out ramp was about 8' to 9' putting the angle of the ramp around 40 degrees. The ramp should have been twice that length. Made it very difficult to load and unload. This should be checked before each rental. Other than that the truck was fine.David E.

Needed a 6x12 box for a move, they didn't have one available but wanted to make it happen for us. Between the guys at the shop and the UHaul staff on the phone they sorted a trailer out of Whitney for us. Despite us offering to just go to Whitney to get it they insisted on doing it for us and had it available the next morning by 9. Excellent customer service over the phone and in person too.CHARLES H.

I should have inspected the UHAUL trailer and soon found out aparently it was used to haul auto parts. It left a grease and gasoline residue in in the trailer. I really needed the trailer for the next morning so I cleaned before loading upholstery furniture. On return, I did tell the dealership about the occurrence and they apologized for the problem.John B.

Pick up location was changed the day before to a local that was an additional 25 mins out of the way from the house I was loading from. Had to drive from Laguna Park to pick up truck in Hillsboro and drive back to Laguna Park to load. It still work out through they compensate the millege just cost me more time and gas.Jennifer H.
