Leander PSelection. I only needed a 15’ truck but only 26’ was available. Local staff was very friendly and easy to work with. 1-800 number staff were cold and not helpful when I called about a typo on the contract. Work on that.

nadia lWe had a pleasant experience until it was time for us to return the truck. The owner was very nice but apparently there was a mixup with the paperwork After we were already given the keys and told we were good to go. We brought the truck in at the 24 hour mark that we were quoted for which would have us at $76 (24hr rental at the $39.95 rate plus an estimated 30 miles @ .79 per mile and $7 for a dolly) we went over 30 miles and were prepared to pay the difference @ .79 per mile (a difference of $23.70)… we got to the counter and after apologizing for the confusion with the paperwork, the guy tells us we owe $130! I laughed cause I figured maybe it was a misunderstanding but No they were really charging us $130! Couldn’t tell me how they came to $130 after I added the difference in mileage to the number we were quoted at. That’s a $30 difference and I honestly feel as though they were trying to make extra money off of us. The guy called his “district manager” and he was not trying to understand the situation at all only yelling through the phone telling me that I will pay them what they tell me i owe… just completely unprofessional. I will definitely take my business elsewhere and inform others to do the same
