Lorraine ChilsonI dropped off on a Saturday night, and there was no one there. I have NO issues with Tomlinson. They played no role in this--However--I will say that the people on the phone customer service (1-800-UHAUL) line were pretty rude and unhelpful. They didn't let me finish a question before answering and it took a while for them to answer my question. It was as if they couldn't get me off the phone fast enough. On Saturday, i called the customer service line. I was on hold for 18 minutes, before I did the call me back thing. No one ever called. The App is not that great.

Gabriel CookPlease make sure the Uhaul rental store explains that the insurance coverage accrues daily. I was told it was 30.00, each time I rented a truck. I rented twice. Instead, one truck was 195.00 and the other was 120.00. Very upset by that.

John WilkinsonI’d recommend this service for anyone- quick and easy to set up and get the keys. The truck was clean, ready and east to drive. However, I ran into some complications with my health and wasn’t able to return on the exact drop off time. I let the company know well before hand that I needed an extension on my drop off time; but they wouldn’t allow any exceptions. It was frightening, as I wasn’t able to get the truck there until several hours after my drop off. It was met with a lot of agitation, and zero empathy. I hope that in the future customer service will be kinder, as you never know what a person may be going through in life. Thank you for your business, I still very much highly recommend going through this location and business.

Jacey DeanYou could be certain that the truck was not buried in snow and ice so badly that a half hour’s work on the part of the renter could not get it out and that timing it out was the only solution. You could see that the truck was also equipped with a snow and ice scraper.
Ellen SimonOnly problem was on arrival trailer was buried in 2 feet of snow so everything on it was frozen and the lot was not well plowed to access the hitch. I did ask for and got good help to attach the trailer, but the expectation was that we would deal with it ourselves. The trailers don’t have a coupler jack attached making it nearly impossible to raise the coupler. They said they keep getting stolen so they no longer include a jack. Getting the trailer off the truck to drop it off was extremely hard and took 3 people because there was no jack. I strongly suggest requiring an jack and maybe they can weld or lock it on to prevent it from being stolen. Otherwise all was good.

James ReceI was not informed that I would need to check-in in person for my rental pick-up and was told by a Representative that the U-Haul office didn't open until 0800 despite requesting and being approved for a 0700 pick-up via app. The agent in the office was very helpful and I was able to get the rental and equipment, but over an hour later than promised.
Larry MunchWas never told it had to be delivered at a certain time, just a date. Then was charged for another day because it was delivered after 1 pm. If they would have told me I would have avoided undue charges. Felt a little ripped off.
John GilbertsonI had to hook up the trailer myself. I also had to hook up and move a trailer that was in front and blocking the trailer that was assigned to me. The trailers were on the ground and I am a 61 year old man and they are heavy.

JEFFERY ZUNKERThe 20 foot truck I rented had 124000 miles on it. The front end was loose and pulled to the left. Constant steering correction. Lots of rattling and banging. This truck should be repaired or retired.

Heidi AndersonWe never received a utility dolly with our truck rental. Someone was supposed to contact me from U-Haul in regards to the $7 charge that it was still charged to my account. I am not happy that I was billed for a dolly that we never received. As far as the location Tomlinson's was very informative and helpful I would definitely recommend anyone using this place for U-Haul pick up and drop off. My issue is the U-Haul app said a customer service representative from U-Haul was going to contact me about the dolly that wasn't received in the charge but no one to contacted me and my credit card was charged.

Yolanda HsiaBasic maintenance could have prevented a breakdown on a Minnesota hiway that cost us a lot of money and time. 3 hours on the side of a hiway. A hour tow in the opposite direction, two hours waiting for moving crew to transfer belongings into another truck instead of making a repair, all kinds of broken and damaged items that we are still finding as we unpack, an extra 12 hours of driving and a days missed wages because I wasn’t in town to get to my job, friends that took time out of their lives to help us get unloaded. A 10 hour drive took up an exhausting 26 hours because of a basic part that should have been inspected between ever use. Never again!
