The staff was excellent, polite, friendly, helpful, and very understanding. Great service, and great experience.
Lisa H.The location refused to rent a pickup truck to me which is what I needed. They insisted that I take a box truck which used twice as much gas. I went to the location because they had a pickup truck which ended up being 20 extra miles. My bill ended up having more gas charges even after I put in $25 worth of gas. Alex (person working there) called me several times to tell me to bring the truck back. If I had been able to rent the pickup, I would have been back by 4 p.m. but because I had to drive 50 mph in a big box truck, it took me an extra hour. This experience sucked and I feel like I should receive some type of refund.
