Terrible staff member who was not helpful or friendly at all. Tried to get trailer into the parking spot but lot was so tight there was no room to back it in. Employee told me to disconnect the trailer and wheel it by hand...I’m disabled and this was impossible for me. Told him I couldn’t at which time he charged me for being late which I wasn’t. I didn’t argue since I value my body more than $20. Sleezy guy and very unpleasant, I’d never choose to do business at Tobacco Outlet again. I wouldn’t want my business associated with someone who acts this way.

Where to start....I don't do reviews that often, but a wise man once told me, a happy customer will tell 10 friends about his experience, a pissed off customer will tell 100. So, here goes. I started my quote online, finished over the phone. This location had the size truck I thought we would be good with so I went and picked it up around 8 pm because the previous renter was late, which was fine, we were ready to start loading it. We get the truck home and open the back, little roaches, everywhere. I thought, well leta bomb it and try again in the morning. No luck, and I wasn't going to load it and have my entire household of stuff exposed to that. I called uhaul and explained the situation, and asked for an upgrade just to make the loading easier. They said ok and I headed back with the truck. I has also rented a tow dolly to save an extra trip since the move was almost 600 miles. I returned the truck, explaining the issue and not being ugly or anything. I told the guy, it happens and that I would make sure the next truck is good before leaving. He took it a bit personal I guess. He had said the other renter gets the truck every week and hauls recycling with it. I thought, well that's probably where the roaches came from. I told the guy I didn't blame him and the new truck was good so I went on about my day packing and loading. When we get ready to leave the next day, we start to load the dolly with the car, the new truck's trailer light connection was no good so we were going to use the pickup to tow it. Well we went to load it and we felt that the front of the car would be damaged and didn't want to chance it. I once again called uhaul and explained. They said return it and you should be able to get a refund. We returned it and were hurried along because he also ran a small convenience store. I called the next day because money had not been returned and they said the dolly was not showing returned. I called the local guy and he said he returned that morning which was a day after I returned it. Still seeing no money today, I chatted in and they said, the local store where you returned it, has the .67 cents they owe you. 67 cents?!?! For something I never even used, garbage. A complaint was filed and I am awaiting the resolution. Sorry for the long version but this is BS and needs to be seen and heard. Will update if they give me a real refund or not.

The Owner of the store was so rude, Didn't have the truck ready and was using strong profanity language. About 6 customers in line and I had to wait until 9:45am to get the truck. The gas on the truck was very low at the time I rented it . Less than 3?

Hi Ken. I do not have any pictures. Plus Im still in shock it costed $66 dollars to go a total of 38 miles and only using the truck for about one hour and 20 mins. Just because its a Saturday. I will never rent UHAUL again. Jamie Parker Show quoted text
