My pick up location was changed was changed 2 times on morning. 1st changed location was 1 hour drive for me and only had a 20' truck and my order was for a 10'. 2nd location location was closed on Saturday, Owner was supposed to meet me and never showed. Finally got someone to help me do virtual check in. All of the delays totaled 4 hours and and made moving day even more stressful. It was about as bad as it could get.Dennis L.

No one at drop off for two days that I tried checking truck in. Geotracking didn't work either so I had to call UHaul twice & & waited almost an hour for call back twice. Representatives were great once we were connected but appeared TNT needed to check truck in to clear me from additional time charges.Larry R.

No one was at the location at 3pm when the hours stated open until 5pm no customer service no follow up terrible customer service had to deal with uhaul 800 number for 2 days to get my contract closed out This should not be uhaul branded location !!JOHN K.
