CHRIS CCharge acct said I was not present. I was there. I did not ask or approve $9.00 safe move ins or was asked to sign anything. Did contract at Knights Inn location but found out that I could not get auto transport which I had already hooked up. Had to unhook & was routed to this location 5 miles away.??? When needed I will always choose U Haul. Has always been dependable company nationwide. THANK YOU UHaul !
