I was charged for a dolly i did not receive. I was pulled over by the police because the vehicle had paper plates that were not registered and the police thought it was stolen. I returned the vehicle a little after the place closed and there was no drop box for the key, so I had to come back the next day to return the key. This was not a good experience.Marche M.

VERY SERVICES AND LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE. VAN WAS FILTHY WITH DIRT AND SAND, AND GAS WAS EMPTY WITH FUEL LIGHT ON. HAD THE NERVE TO TRY AND OVER CHARGE ME FOR CLEANING FEES. ALSO THREATENED TO BAN ME FROM ALL LOCATIONS. SEARCHNG FOR MORE INFO, CAN'T FIND ANYTHING REGARDING THE ADDITONAL CHARGES ON THIS SITE. CALLED LOCATION AND THE GUY YELLED AT ME SAYING ITS MY FAULT, HE CAN'T DO ANYTHING FOR ME, I HAVE TO TALK TO UHAUL. I VALUE MY GOOD RECORD WITH THIS COMPANY AND WANT TO HAVE GOOD STANDING.NAOMI N.
The van was filthy i took pictures..and with this covid issue..I was very upset I wiped the van down thoroughly.the guy that took my reservation was beautiful..the man that took the van back..name gregorio was very mean. When I told him about the van not being clean. He said I DIDN'T ASK YOU!! He took the keys from me he said you can leave now!!! I said no I need a receipt. Gregorio said Daniel is very busy. I said I'll wait. I asked i don't want to pay for the van for 24 hours because I'm returning it early. I told Daniel I wasn't keeping it long. Gregorio said it doesn't matter you're still paying for the 24 hours.. I'm so sorry but I was or still thinking of calling best business bureau..the service there was awful..the guy over the phone that took my reservation was amazing. Electric current in the back of my rented truck didn't work so I wasn't able to attach anything on the back end. Company should make sure to check all their trucks to see if everything is working as it should. Cost me some of my stuff as a result of not being able to add another haul to the truck.EDUARDO V.
With no prior agreement, the business owner tried to force me to bring back the van that I rented online, an hour before the time I agreed to, because his business would be closed. I felt this had nothing to do with the agreement I made with U-Haul to have the van for five hours. There was also no alternate location where I could return the van and I was told I would be obligated to keep it over the weekend and pay an additional $100 because through no fault of mine, his business would be closed.Donna S.
This was a auto repair shop and I had to wait until the service person do a service run with his client which put me back a little with my timing to get the truck back, but I'm not complaining the service was good.LINDA D.

There was no representative for your company available for assistance on site. When I arrived I was told that the person for U-haul would be there an hour after my schedule pick up. When I brought it back he still wasn't there and the people that worked on tires didn't want to be involved. The vehicle was dirty inside and out. I will not go back to that location.Michelle J.

I get there exactly at 11:04am to pick up my reservation that i had at 11:00am seek for help and the guy in the tire shop tells me the person left cause the person who had the reservation didn't show up. I didn't end up driving out of this place till 11:43am. Its my first amd last time i have go to this place.Victor Alfonso V.

Hello. You need to single out who can provide after hour service. The one I picked said I can pick up and drop off after hours. This was so wrong. Luckily I arrived early enough to get the truck, and then I had to miss 2 hours of work in order to drop it back off when they were open. This was a big inconvenience due to the lack of time I actually had. If it would've went the way I set it up due to the info you had provided about after hour pick up and drop off it would have been fine. The place I picked up from was great. Very awesome staff and very friendly, can't speak for corporate though, they dropped the ball.George R.

you need better customer service at this location I thought they were being a little biased and the person that was there to run the office was never there and when he came he was rude and very disrespectful I had an 1115 appointment to pick up the vehicle the person that runs the business did not give me the vehicle until 1130 and he had to be forced to give it to me by management he wanted to give it to his Mexican friend I don't understand why but that's what happenedMelvin J.

The person will likely not be there to rent the uhaul to you. You'll probably be sitting there for over an hour waiting for it to be processed over the phone although you've had the uhaul on reserve and checked in online, which is a process that is supposed to cut your wait time in half.Shaquana C.
