Make sure they check and see that the rental property is returned before charging someone's card for extra days while the equipment was returned early and sitting on there property but charging the customer for more days because they didn't do there job and check to see it was returned early ??Anthony B.

The customer service was rude and unaccomidating.. they were supposed to rent me the 20 foot truck at same price as 10 foot truck I requested .. this was not the first time renting from Uhaul more like 20th time.. I was not dealt with as a good customerBrenda L.

We hooked everything up to a 5x8 tow trailer and the tail light was out so, we had to go back in and modify the paperwork. Subsequently, had to hook up to another which, luckily, there was another to use. In addition, the U-Haul outfit in Santee, SC is ridiculous. No one was there, the light was on and the Open sign was on the door. Looks very shady and should be investigated!Susan H.

I dropped the truck off after hours so called the next day to inform them I had only been issued ten blankets. They were very understanding and had charged me for the two blankets I supposedly shorted them but were glad to issue credit after I called the origin and had them do an inventory count on their blankets.Don H.

All of the gas had been siphoned out of the truck when I went to pick it up. The staff was friendly and helpful in getting it going for me, but the equipment needs to be ready upon customers arrival. Otherwise, equipment was clean and well maintained.WILLIAM B.

Everything, Custumer service was very poor. Location could not do anything to help. Your customer service was in full control and they were not helpfull. The agent at location called his districk manager and he was not helfull. Seams that your customer service and your aera manager were not helpfull to agent at pickup location. This was very BAD. I rent about about 5 trucks/trailers a month, this is the worse expreince ever. It took about 2 hours to pickup a trailer that was reserved 24 hours in advance. Very BAD, Very BAD.Norman C.

My load was in Walterboro, I began in Providence a Holly Hill address. Two locations in Walterboro, no trucks, told there was one in Summerville. My wife, at home location, went on line and discovered one in Holly Hill, returned to Holly Hill then to Walterboro with the truck, additional 60 miles, and on to destination, Joanna. Did not know I could return the truck in Joanna, and drove all the way back to Holly Hill to return truck. I should have checked on availability of trucks before I left. I should have completed this task by 4 or 5PM, arrived home around 1 AM. Truck was nice and clean, it drove well and met my need.TERRY M.

I called the 800 number and they gave me an incomplete address which sent me down a dirt road in the middle of nowhere. I found Tire Repair Center 1173 Gardner Blvd Holly Hill, SC 29059 on my own. Make sure call center workers give complete address for drop off locations. I drove 30 miles out of the way to a place that didn't exist. I was not happy.ALAN V.

Service person insisted that I fold moving blankets. This was not a requirement for rental and after driving 480 miles, unpacking, cleaning the truck, putting in gas; that is the last thing I wanted to hearGreg C.

This was the most stressful move I have ever encountered along with several other families in the same situation. It had nothing to do with this facility. We made our reservation early and were told the day before our scheduled pick-up that they would call us on the day of to let us know where our pick up would be saying it could be as fas away as 2 hrs. We picked up 1 hour and 1/2 away. If you would like more details I would be happy to share them. I called the home office and someone was surpose to get back to me but never called. Will you?
