I have rented from other locations numerous times...this was by far the best experience ever...The employee was there and van was ready. No waiting or issues - she was efficient and pleasant. Returning was simple and quick. Other places I have rented their is always a issue or vehicle not available etc....I will definitely rent from this location every time the employee is a gem and should be appreciated for outstanding customer service...Mellissa K.

The inside of the truck was not very clean. In fact, it looked like it hadn't been cleaned for a while. Trucks should be cleaned after every use, so the customer doesn't have to deal with the dirt left from the previous use.Sandra N.

The vehicle was full of roaches. The Agent told me to call the 1800 number. When I called the 1800 number the wait was 65 minutes. I went on line to chat. I got a message that someone would respond in 23 minutes. No one ever responded. Horrible service from beginning to end.Kimberly T.

Nobody was at the location, in the middle of the day. The phone number listed on a piece of paper posted on their front door was not answered by me or the uhaul customer representative helping me over the phone. Turned what should have been a 5 minute drop off into a half and hour dilemma. (Customer service rep on the phone for uhaul was very helpful)Victor L.

I first would like to add that Unaul should at least have someone working there that has a clue about the vehicle and equipment bring used. The lady had no idea how the dolly worked, secondly the equipment had not been inspected properly bc both light indicator did not work, lastly I was given 3 other locations I needed to pick my reservation up at bc this Location did not have the truck bc of a late return... whole time the truck was there. I had an 8:00am scheduled appointment, after numerous calls to the location I finally called UHaul-main number (this was about 8:40am). Finally the woman running the place showed up about 8:45, and without apology she said â€œI had to drop my kids off at schoolâ€¦â€. I have a schedule as well, and I planned my day around the Uhaul I was renting. When I finally got the Uhaul taken care of, I was pointed in the direction and told to take number XXXX trailerâ€¦. No help (none was needed) but I find the person there working of no use whatsoever. If Uhaul would have just given me the number of the trailer when I booked it online, I could have just got it all by myself at 8:00am (which was my pickup appointment). Instead I was on my way at almost 9:00amâ€¦Jason M.

When picking up the trailer it was full of garbage and had to be clean on the spot, the woman there is rude and has a bad attitude and was snarky when I showed her the dirty trailer. When returning the trailer I was there at 6:30pm (30 minutes before closing time) and there was no one there to receive the trailer and no one would answer the phone or return my voicemails.ALBERTO G.

Worst experience of my life!!! To begin with, the woman behind the desk was hacking away and clearly congested. She refused to put her mask on because it fogged up her glasses. If she didn't have COVID, she was well on her way. The van itself had no interior lighting so I had to use the flashlight on my cell phone to light up the dashboard so I could find everything. The interior windshield was so dirty I couldn't see anything when cars were coming at me. When I went to return the van, there was only one light in the parking lot and no lights in the area where you had to return the keys. I had no idea where it was. All I remember her saying was something about a big tree. You literally had to walk from the barely lit parking lot to the DARK area where the other uhauls were parked and go to a tree and find the box that was attached to it and put the key in. God help you if you didn't have a flashlight! And yes, like an idiot, I fell and I am completely bruised all over. I hurt like hell. Why can't the key just be left at a door drop???? There isn't even a sign on the door. And because the inside of the van was so dark, I didn't see that me black driver's license case was still in the van. So I had to drive all the way back out there to get it. The web site said they were open 7-7. I got there at 5:50. Locked up tight. They knew I was coming....they called me.!
