Uhaul Customer service was extremely rude, highly disrespectful and unprofessional. I never received a callback when requested. Martinsville, IN owner is a liar and mislead me causing me to a drive 50 mile round trip to pick up the trailer. Bloomington, IN location was prompt and helpful. Trailer leaked. Overall, I completed the trip but after using uhaul several times previously I will do everything possible to avoid uhaul in the future.
