There's only three parking spaces and two of them are handicapped. The rep who gave us the keys was super nice and helpful but the site overall is just hard to pick up from since there's very few spots to park to pick up the rentalMadisen J.
Just be there when you are suppose to. We made our reservation well before our pick up time and no one was there to check the van out to us. We had to wait close to an hour for someone to show up. The van worked well, but was pretty dirty.Cody R.

they were super nice but there was a problem with the u-haul service I was not given a code for the lock box and the truck that I was supposed to take was gone. I was charged twice and was late to the move because we were dealing with all of the mistakes that went wrong. The location was fine the u-haul experience was notAdam L.

Time storage is fine, but uhaul didnt have my truck as reserved weeks before and made me drive much further and then charged me for the miles. Uhaul cost me hundreds more due to their mistakes. I am fuming and will never be using uhaul again as little has been done to correct this.MICHAEL C.
It took longer than expected because the website was not working properly to complete the transaction. The employe did not have a plan B to be able to complete the transaction and had us waiting a long time. The manager was finaly able to do it. The truck was supposed to be clean, but it had bug splatter all over the windshield and the front of the truck. We had to wash the windshield to be able to safely drive it. Being the type A person that I am, I washed it before turning it back in, so the next person wouldn't have this same experience.Dennis A.

They closed early the day we dropped off with just a sign in the window saying so. There was not enough parking, especially for big trucks, and 2 out of the 5 possible spots were filled with regular passenger vehicles. It was joke trying to park our truck for drop off.Matthew E.

Our original reservation was for a different city. It would have been nice to have been notified of the change further in advance as it was a difference of a 40 minute drive.Choryn G.
The original order for pickup and drop off was changed on the day before the move was to take place. Because both pickup and dropoff locations was changed meant that I incurred more expenses. The scheduler said that I would be compensated for my increased costs which never took place! A review by a 1-800 operator said that the scheduler never made any such comments so I am just left to eat these additional costs. If a call is made to Uhaul be sure to get the name and other information of the scheduler.Paul W.

I ordered furniture pads and they were not in the truck. I did the app pick up, so there was not anyone there. It is such a pain when you order something and are planning on them for use of moving. I would not recommend friends to order any of your stuff to use. I would recommend them to order from someone else. The truck itself worked great.Kindra R.

1. Trailer in unimproved "back lot", set off amongst weeds & dirt. 2. While I had no difficulty in attaching the trailer to my hitch because I have done this before, my grand-daughter helped by checking the trailer lights for me. The site attendant stayed at her deskROBERT R.

They have very little space for parking, the gentlemen I met with was not very friendly and was not very accommodating to my needs when I needed to keep the vehicle for an extra day. I was not very happy with the service but the vehicle was reasonably clean and well maintained.Brittney N.

Ordered a 10' truck. Received a 20' truck and was charged for that 20' truck. Received the wrong truck, where the mileage difference was about 50,000 compared to the one I was supposed to be given. Was overcharged, and will not be using U-Haul services again.Brayden A.
