My storage was broken into twice. Once the office did not even notify me. The facility is in very poor condition. The people I have interacted with in the office later on made the experience worth it. They were very helpful. My last interaction with office staff at move out was nowhere near as friendly. It sounded like someone I had not interacted with before. Our conversation sounded ridiculous. I do not think anyone walks the facility first thing in the morning to check the property. It took 5 full days for them to "verify" I vacated. Short term, this place is ok.

Was not satisfied that following all of the move out instructions before the end of the month and was still charged a months rent. I was charged immediately upon moving in- I wasn't expecting to front you a month after moving out!

I highly recommend this place! It's gated so no one can get in but customers with a particular code to get through. My stuff was in there for two years and the most it got was some dust. Employees were always very helpful, patient, and kind. Thank you!!!!

I reserved a storage unit because I was moving. The next day I decided I didn't need it. I never went there. I've never been there. I contacted the support they were very nice. BUT I was supposed to be getting a refund. There is no refund for the one time fee which is fine. but it's been since December 19 and I have not received a refund or been contacted. I do have all screenshot showing the conversation stating it would be five days and I will get my refund. Minus the $27 one time fee.

I paid a prorated portion for June and the full month of July. I didn't need the storage unit after all and as a matter of fact never put anything into it. I came in June to return the keys and was told they didn't do refunds but would cancel my contract with them and even though I paid for the month of July and not using it, they would still rent it out. That should be illegal, but they do it. Good luck with them.

If they would have not kept going up on rent I would have left everything there, but Every other month something else would come up and they would find something else to charge .the rent went from 65.00 to 89.00 since I've been there

The experience of using your facility was excellent. You were closed on Sunday when which was the only day we could pick up the keys to lock the unit but you made arrangements to hide the lock and keys in a hidden place so thats why I answered yes to the hours being convenient. I already posted a review recommending people make your company their first choice for storage.
