The truck was newer and nice to drive. However it absolutely stank of cigarette smoke. The cab had not been cleaned thoroughly. There was cigarette ash and crumbs and spilled drinks on the console and cupholders.

The rental process was easy. The charging process was confusing and a bit expensive, $19.95 + .79 a mile is a ridiculous! That adds up quickly!

Nothing! The service at this center was excellent and very professional...we had prior bad experiences, especially with Nick's in North Augusta, but thankfully we were transferred to this location where the service was friendly and the truck needed was there as ordered.

I have already recommended this location to several people because Kara was so polite and helpful to me with this rental. Kara's employer is lucky to have her as a representative of their business! She obviously takes Customer 'Service' very seriously and that's certainly lacking in most businesses today. It was much appreciated! Thank you!

It was extra time at check-out and check-in that I was not anticipating. Once I checked out at the location, I opened the back door of the uHaul to find an unopened lazar jet printer. Obviously, the person before me did not take a picture of the back of the truck or the representative did not check the truck. I felt like I did uHaul's work. In the past, when I have rented - I actually picked up and dropped off. I have now become a uHaul representative - checking all the mileage, gas, making sure the truck had everything it needed and taking pictures of damages and then taking pictures of the truck inside and outside, my driver's license - it was exhausting. I didn't have extra time at check-out and check-in. Sorry I don't like the app - no customer service. Thanks.

Tried to return the rental using the U-Haul app and 24 hour drop-off at 9:30 pm. Pick-up location assigned a drop-off location much farther away than desired and I had to drive nearly an hour round trip out of my way to drop-off. After wasting nearly 1 hour with the app not being able to identify my location, I called support and reached a very helpful representative who was willing to process my check-in over the phone and provided directions on pictures to take, where to park the truck and drop the keys. A drop-off process that should have taken less than half hour took over one and a half hours. Total time wasted/loss on this entire rental process exceeded 4 hours.

The truck had what looked like dried up Coke spilled in the cab which was very sticky in the council and on the floor. It also had a belt that was making a loud squeaking noise and sounded like it was about to break when you went over 30 mph. They also miss quoted me on the mileage cost and then charged my credit card for an additional 26 cents for .2 miles. The mileage I was quoted on the phone from the older Kara that works there (they have 2 Kara's) was 19 cents per mile, when I showed up on Saturday morning, the other Kara (Who was late opening and I had to wait on), told me that the mileage rate was 99 cents per mile, and the best she could lower it down to was 79 cents per mile. I was moving that morning and had no choice but to pay the price for the mileage, which ended up costing me an additional $30 for the 50 miles I drove. Although the people that work at that location are nice, they have no clue what they are doing most of the time. If I wasn't it a time stressed situation I would have walked away from the rental, and found another truck somewhere else. I will never go back to that location for Uhaul or storage services.

Im being charged for a rental done after I return the trailer... the employee never close my receipt and now someone used the trailer under my name. On top of all this I have to be the one chasing people to fix the issue.

The previous renter smoked heavily & left the unit dirty, unswept, less gas than reported, and the cab had food leftovers. Staff could only sweep out unit but could not deoderize the cab.

Ms Kara went well above her pay grade to provide me with a stellar experience. She provided me with personalized customer service and made me feel welcome and happy to be here. Ms Kara was thorough, thoughtful, kind, quick, and understanding. She has a unique ability in that she took extra time and diligence to fulfill my individual needs, and she made me feel important, like I mattered, and those are indeed rare qualities that oftentimes aren't acknowledged nearly enough nor are they rewarded accordingly. I will be sure to recommend Ms Kara to anyone in and around the Warrenville, Graniteville, Aiken, SC area who is seeking help and assistance with moving and storage. It was such a pleasure and a relief to know that there's at least one uhaul representative, Ms Kara, who genuinely cares for customers and has their back.
