HOWARD MThere needs to be a more prominent location for drop off, it was very confusing seeing two different locations to drop off. Not opening until 12 30 pm is very inconvenient for dropoffs.

Timothy KGet more comfortable seats lol I just happen to have a bad back and a bad neck but I felt like I got beat up with a bat I'll get but I should have realized they're not made for comfort. I know you can't make comfortable seats I just wanted to also say how helpful and out of their way the owners of this business for it to me please make sure that you give a good attaboy to Rob and Annette Kohlmeyer . I was very very impressed with their customer service and making sure I was satisfied. I would rate them on Excellence on every question

Jack FWe lived in Palmer, Ks & had to pick up a truck & trailer in Concordia on the Friday before the 4th at 12:30pm. We lived an hour from Concordia. As we were 10 minutes from the U-Haul, around 12:20 pm, we received a call that the customer didn't return the truck. Waste of our gas & time.

Randy WThe roll up door was very hard to push up and down. The negative feed back comes from the website said they where open. After leaving a message with no response after two hours. We drove 20 minutes only to find a note on the door that said farming today. No one was there. We seen a small note that had a different phone number . Finally talked to a lady saying that her husband was in the field . And she was out of town. She had me send her all of my info via txt message and I got the only trailer they had. I guess if your going to have a business and posted business hours there should be someone there to answer the phone .

Justin KMake sure the truck was cleaned so I don’t have to pick up someone else’s trash. Don’t charge me for a whole day if I couldn’t pick up the truck for 6 hours after I ordered the uhaul. Make sure you have equipment you say you have. Don’t wait until I get to the store to tell me you don’t have it

Herbert Cyour rep told me the size trailer i would need to fit a full size mattress and box spring and the box spring did not fit in the trailer. The whole reason i rented a trailer was just for moving a full size mattress and box spring so would have paid more for a bigger trailer if the information would have been correct.

Orvin VDropped off on Sunday. Google maps never showed the place. But found where trailers were parked. Checked in online. Had to call the next day to tell them where Key was. I will never rent again without calling drop off to check it out.
Becky GUHaul did not communicate with site, site not informed of reservation. Not site's fault but corporate let this dealer down, would not use Uhaul again, and I've moved over 40 times, 3/4 of them with uhaul. very disappointed with corporation
