The person checking out the UHaul was also the cook at the restaurant. She was friendly; however, we were not asked if we needed any help connecting the trailer and had to figure it out ourselves.Kenneth F.
It was a good experience overall, but one of the 4 tires on the car carrier was flat, so I had to go to the nearest gas station to fill up the tire with air.Trey G.

I reserved blakets. They did not have any. At pickup, I was not told that they were out of blankets. When I inspected my rental trailer, i found no blakets. At that point, I asked about blankets and was told they were out. I could call Uhaul and try to find blankets at another location. This took 30 minutes of time. By the time, I talked with someone at Uhaul, all the locations near me were closed at 6 pm. i could not get a refund from the location I rented, I would need to try and work that out when I returned by trailer. That was a DISASTER. I spent 2 hours on HOLD for $20 refund. The location I returned the trailer to had to call their district manager to work this out. That was on Aug 6. The refund came in on Sept 20. You ask about the locations but i would rank the Uhaul experience poor due to the difficulty in resollving a simple refund for blankets not being available..Jeff N.

The lady there was very helpful. She was off the clock but stayed 2 hours to help me out and get me going. Even though uhaul didn't have their shit together I was grateful for her help. She needs a raise for what we went through to get me on the road.JUSTIN W.

Clerkk in store not familar with technology in order to properly rent out trucks. I was requesting 24 hours and she gave me only 8 which had me bringing truck back at 12:00 am, and I actually needed it until 4pn the next day.Sonya B.

We arrived at 10 filled out all the paperwork online in five minutes to pick up our trailer. Then waited close to an hour and a half to be able to leave with trialer. The women at the store was the only one there and as we were wrapping up our check in someone else walked in to get a trailer and she helped them first. The lady was very sweet, unfortunately was only set up to complete the process on a phone and not a computer and had a very poor internet connection. We eventually had to let her use our Hotspot to attempt to complete the process and the gentlemen that came in after us let go back in front of us so we could get on the road. By the time we finally got done and the trailer hooked up it was approximately 11:45. The first almost two full hours of my rental were spent at the store. I then had to extend my rental because we didn't finish in time because we stared so much later then we should have.Dylan M.

This location was not convenient, and they did not have a computer to check the truck in. We had to check in on our phone that was not charged and by the time we charged the phone and checked in, the truck was â€œlate,â€ and we were charged for an extra day. We will not take a truck back to that location again.William G.
The associate at the location was very friendly, but was not really aware of the U-Haul rental process. She had to call her manager, who was a lot less friendly and less helpful. Aside from this, the location did not have a way to for me to pay for the rental so I had to sit on hold for 30 minutes to get ahold of U-Haul so I could actually take the truck.Isaias M.
