My pick up time was 8am store was late opening I was late for my commitment still waiting on my 50.00 credit due to the location I had my contract on could not uphold the commitment so I was sent out 18 miles one way instead of 3 miles originally from your contract that mean more gas and miles I had to pay for please reply

The clerk should have come out and done a walk around with us before we left. Van was very dirty and had numerous(previously not “X”'d) dents an scrapes as well as a broken side board in the cargo bay. The clerk had difficulty reading our ID and completing the check out process. He may need further training.

It was nicely stocked with many Uhauls. The store was open and said they couldn't take it back after hours. Finally she gave in and did a few clicks on the computer to let me drop it off. I had to unhitch the trailer and move it manually into a spot. Not very easy for a woman my size.

I was charged $50 extra dollars and I didn't go over the mileage and I was only 4 minutes late when I pulled up to the location, however it was about 10 minutes before they checked me out after inspecting the van. I was extremely disappointed

The service at Tiger Fuel was great. The U-Haul app did stall on me both during pick up and dropoff. But the overall experience worked out well.

I set the reservation for a 7:00 pick up. No one showed up until 7:30. The location blamed it on UHaul corporate. In his words "I keep telling them to change it to 8:00. We don't open until 8:00 on Saturday." Who cares? I got up to get a truck and then stood in a parking lot for 30 mins (and with movers scheduled) waiting for someone to show up. Totally unprofessional across the board. Same price though. Thanks for that.

Great customer service. The trailer was ready to go when I arrived. Recommendation to U-Haul: include pieces of wood / chock blocks for the tires in case customers want to drop the trailers off after hours AND include chocking in the after hours / mobile drop off instructions on the website.

We were given the truck with no paperwork. We were told to make sure the gas level was the same as when we picked up the truck as to when we drop it off. The gas level was below half a tank. When the truck was given back to the Kingwood address we were told the gas tank should have been full. We were charged an extra $65.00

This was actually the third location I was sent to. The first one did not have what I selected and the second location did not return any calls to confirm pick up and availability. When I arrived 30 minutes before scheduled closing, nobody was there.

If you're living near or on LSU campus, this place would be a good bet. However, I was kind of forced into it after UHaul continually (second day in a row) changed my reservation place and pick-up time. The lot is very small, and the selection of trucks were also very small, but they were clean and the attendant/owner was friendly. Also, if you're worried about refilling the truck, you're right at a gas station to do so.

Front passenger tire had a low pressure alarm; staff person fed back it wasn't their responsibility to air up. Interior had not been cleaned since last user (trash and change from prior user was still in cab). Broken front window was unreported on checkout documentation/ photo (photo was evidently taken some time ago).
