Charles MI rented for one day 9AM to 5PM, Truck was dirty and it took extra to me to find the key as it was in the wrong box. I returned the truck at 4PM same day but was charged for two days. I will definitely be disputing these charges.
CHARLES PI have rented from this person before. Equipment was well maintained except the end of one wheel strap was badly frayed, I was able to use the equipment, reported the problem, and was advised that a team would be that either that day or the next (I forgot exactly what he said) and that he would tell them and they would replace the strap. I took the equipment having seen the strap.
wayne gWe dropped the truck off after hours. Not able to give an accurate overall rating. We did not interact with anyone or go inside. I did receive a text the next day that they received the truck & a return receipt.

Channa RThe return location was a little crowded with trailers only one way in one way out. I dropped off the trailer informed the employee at that location what I had done and he had told me he would get it checked in and send me an email, I have not yet received that email.
Robie GCustomer service was terrible. The contact list pick up didn't work and they kept sending me a video and never solving any problems. The video didn't match what was in the app or online.
Kyle WAlthough trailer was available, it was sitting in a field with weeds over grown around it. The building was a old shop and the manager was living in the building, the smell was awful. Manager was using personal cell phone to conduct business.

Clifford HOperator was absent at my arrival time. Operator did answer phone calls within six rings. Site was gravel mud mix and rutty. Operator site is run down. Operator seemed competent on his using mobile phone for my checkin. Operator did competently attach 6x12 box trailer to my tow vehicle.
Robert Bwasn't open at pick up time. Had to call and wake him up. Blankets were wet and we couldn't use them.
