Hailey provided exceptional customer service! Initially we reserved a trailer that didn't work out (we had the wrong hitch ball) and she helped us swap out for a full truck rental the next weekend. The truck worked wonderfully and we were able to catch up on all of the chores at our property. The whole experience was truly fantastic and I would have rented much sooner if I knew how great it was going to be! Will not hesitate to rent again from Hailey and her team in the future!

This had nothing to do with the location but with Uhaul corporate, the app was almost impossible to use, and the charge almost doubled.

Great customer service from the initial call to reserve the trailer, to picking up the trailer at the office, to the representative helping me connect the trailer and later helping me disconnect the trailer. That was an excellent customer service experience

I had several issues with the truck. I had no lights on the back of the truck. The windows were a mess low beams. You could barely see anything the drivers door light kept coming on yet slamming the door. I was charged a price that wasn’t originally quoted to me, this will probably be the last time I rent a U-Haul truck I was not compensated for no lights. I had to put windshield washer fluid in the passenger wiper was terrible was not a very good experience. Shame on U-Haul. It should’ve never rented that truck out.

The location was great. The website/truckshare experience was not. What according to the site was a quick easy process took forever. Once I finally got verified and approved everything went smoothly. I was very grateful to the employee that was working at the collision center that knew a little bit about the Uhaul process and offered to help. He stayed to make sure we were able to get going before he left for the day.

This location was marked as ‘preference only’ and I was told I could drop off at any location. When I tried to drop it off at a location closer to my destination, the app wouldn’t let me. It was very inconvenient to have to drive well out of my way to the other location. When I reached out to support chat, they wouldn’t help. I would have appreciated a better explanation online if you in fact don’t just have ‘only a preference’. Either use other language or allow people to in fact choose another location for drop off.

This location is highly recommended for the Gloucester County and surrounding areas for rental needs. An easily accessible lot with plenty of space to maneuver. Personnel are very polite, thorough, and helpful.

This location was Excellent service. The problem is went I order a trailer months in advance at a preferred location and pick up time, and it gets changed last minute 30 miles away. I don’t know way with so much advance notice you can’t have one brought to my preferred location. We’ve been doing this for 22 years. It’s our vacation and we are just passing through.

Location not open during pick-up time when I was told it would be. No directions on what to do. Took about an hour to get truck. Worst experience ever with U-Haul. My reservation days and pick-up location was changed which made me change all of my plans. I called to discuss with customer service and over 8 days later I have not had a return call.

When I went into the office the Young Lady told me to drop the trailer and she would get it checked in and taken care of. Seeing that the trailer was in exactly the same condition (no new damage) I did just that. Later when checking my checking account I saw a charge for $34.10 from the drop-off location. When I called the Young Lady said I had kept the trailer an extra day. For the rest of my "issues" with U-haul see the comments from the pickup review.

Possibly have a block of wood for under the toe section when cranking of the trailer to lift off ball and limit the toe section from sinking in the ground.

The truck was great I went online to reserve a truck & even called to make sure it was all straight & it still got messed up I ended up on Friday spending 3 hours on the phone to get it straight again. I do not have a smart phone & am technically challenged I got my granddaughter to help me check out& in truck but truck was good wanted some pads but we managed.

Let people know that the 10 ft truck doesn't have a ramp. I think most people assume that they all have ramps. The information on the Uhaul website is in small font and the bottom of the page. The pictures shown when checking out are also misleading. As for Tidewater Collision, your team is AMAZING! Thank you for your help and making the process incredibly easy and being upfront about costs and mileage.
