The place was a gas station and took lots of time for pickup. I expected the pickup location to use my contract reservation number but couldn't instead I had to answer many questions again. It was not fun picking up uhaul and I would not accept to pickup at that location or similar location.

Holly H.I had to drive 50 miles out of my way to pick this up and take it back home. To add insult to injury I was told I went over my mileage and was charged for that as well. I wouldnt have gone over if the truck wasnt 50 miles away!
