Truck had a small antifreeze leak just to check into it... the drivers door a lot of air seemed to flow inside door. It got from A to B so that's good. I asked for a cart dolly or whatever that I was charged for and it wasn't in there... no a huge deal but yeah. Got the job done.Matthew B.

I was given the option on the website to return our vehicle to a convenient location for us, but when we arrived, it was abandoned. We had to backtrack our travels to find a location to return our truck. This criticism has nothing to do with the location that we returned the truck to I am critical of being allowed to attempt a return to an abandoned location and the length of time it took to finally speak to someone who could help.William P.

I was told over the phone we would have a 150 mile credit since our original reservation was changed from kearney ne to hastings nebraska we live in kearney and really didn't want to drive to hastings but had no choice. We moved our son from kearney ne to Gothenburg ne and there is no way that trip was over 200 miles so we did not receive our 150 mile credit.Donald D.

The previous user had padlocked the rollup door. It was a good thing I did a walk through before we left. The person took an air cutting tool to remove the lock. He was kind of enough to let us return the next morning becasuse of the dealyJackie M.

The person at the location was doing a lot of things and could have given more instruction on drop off instructions however I do feel like they had more help at the location that they could have provided better service rather than 1 person doing many things at a multipurpose locationAngelica B.
The agent got busy helping fuel clients and didn't fully check the vehicle with me didn't open truck to confirm dolly I wanted a hand truck not a furniture dolly. Truck cabin was dirty so I cleaned it very well before I returned it even armoralled the dash found a piece of old fried chicken in the heater vents.Claire P.

Truck wasn't ready for an hour after scheduled time but I was charged for the full time. Clerk was nice but did not know how to use computer which caused further delay. Prepaid for blankets but was told at pick up they weren't available. Just before drop off, couldn't access info about how much fuel needed to be in tank. Link had expired.Ellen E.

Have a way of checking your vehicle in after hours on the weekends when most places aren't open on Sundays you get charged 2 additional days plus milage for having to drive it to the nearest uhaul station for pick-up and return. Won't be using uhaul in the near futureTrevor G.
The contact person at Thomsen Oil was personable, knowledgeable and knew the process resulting in a time efficient vehicle pickup. However, I do feel the customer (myself) had to make more concessions in the process than UHaul. A couple days before the rental period I was advised that no truck was available in Grand Island but one was in Hastings, NE. This meant extra driving to the pick up location and use of time on my 1-day rental driving to the original destination where the move was to occur. I did appreciate the extra miles allowance (35-miles). On arrival on Saturday in Hastings, I was then advised that there was no appliance cart and the only access to one would be just if one came in on a prior rental. This item was paid for and listed on my original document. I was offered a 2-wheel chart which was not an appliance cart. At time of pick up, I was not charged for the appliance cart. I had to make other arrangements to mover load and unload the appliances. I just felt the customer was making more concessions than the UHaul company was doing as the extra mileage was granted to make up the miles from Hastings to Grand Island. To promote the UHaul name to others, I'm left with little other than what I shared. I would have been appreciated to know a cart was not available before getting the truck on Saturday morning. The steering on the vehicle was complicated to keep on the road. Not sure if the steering was the problem or the alignment. I hope you check it. That was hard to control.tammy W.
When I called in to reserve the truck, I wasn't told there would be a charge for mileage, especially at $.99 a mile. Then when I was checking out, he couldn't get the computer to accept what I had rented. It took forever. Now looking at the receipt, I noticed he charged me for 2 utility dolly's and I only rented one and one appliance dolly. I wanted 10 furniture pads, but he only had 2, so he charged me for one. So with the extra mileage charge and dolly charge, I paid about 2 1/2 times more than what I had expected. I thought my bill would be around $66.95, but it ended up being $156.54. I was not a happy camper.Debbie H.

When I got in the truck the headliner was hanging down , had to use visor to prop it up to see. Knob on window fell off in my hand when I tried to roll down the window. Had to drive it 40 miles and it was the toughest ride I've ever been on. One of the inside passenger tires was completely bald! And flat. Driving it back was even worse. My son followed us and said it didnt drive straight. He ad his phone out to dial 911, because it was leaning so bad. (The truck wasn't full and it was loaded evenly. When we took it back I told the guy the truck was horrible and it was a death trap, he walked off! He let another man finish and check us in. Horrible! I hope it is serviced and no one is killed driving itJoseph P.
