My experience at the Kane location (Thompsons floor covering) was amazing and I would highly recommend him. My experience with customer service prior to my rental was absolutely horrible.

Fix your app to make it work better. Had to go in to pick the truck up. Also not that this has to do with my location of truck. But Why does traffic insist on sending people so far away. RIDICULOUS! I COMPLAINED AND GOT MY LOCATION I WANTED.

There was no dolly no furniture pads nothing in back of truck. The transmission is almost gone, severe pull to right.

It was dropped off on a Saturday, and office was closed. It was at a different location than originally chosen. But with a simple phone call the service center was great and made all the changes for me with no hassles.

made reservation well in advance for uhaul at Smethort Pa. had to get it at Kane Pa. Charged for the additional miles, reserved 2 hand carts truck only had 1 appliance hand cart. went to recommended gas station on return day only pump working was ethanol free at almost $5.00 a gallon.!

If someone makes a reservation, U-Haul should make sure there will be what the person wants at the location they prefer. If not, don't call it a reservation.

Not a thing, Helped me hook up, explained how to load car, strap it down. Very easy to load and use. Only complaint the driver's side ramp makes all kinds of noise rattling.

I set it up online and when we went to pick it up, everyone was wearing a mask and were very courteous. Our sales person even pronounced and spelled IROQUOIS correctly!

This place of business is only open sometimes. Upon arrival there is no support for return. U-Haul assumes everybody has cell phones and apps. What do you do, no personnel and no phone, Your apps alway through this rental process sucks! I reported the bad tire on line, but the info never got to the drop off point!

Customer service was excellent no complaint what so ever the lady who helped us answered and assisted us with every step of the way all I could recommend is the equipment be serviced/lubricated more frequently being it sits outside in the elements the ratchet straps were a bit tough to deal with.
