They were kinda rude, in a joking way which I normally get but I was moving because i lost my fiancÃ© and and couldn't afford to stay where I was so I had to break the lease, pay a huge penalty and I lost someone. So It wasn't the right time.Ryan P.
We had to drive over an hour to pick up our truck and the AT was at a different location. After loosing 4 hours in the process of finding the equipment, with movers waiting, we finally got everything home and loaded. 25miles from our starting destination, the Auto Transport brakes caught fire, and the tire exploded in my face. We then lost another 4 hours locating a replacement and getting the vehicle switched over. The whole ordeal was handled poorly. I was contacted by someone from Uhaul and was basically blown off. No discounted rate. No Guarantee. Just a â€œI'm sorry. I will never recommend or use Uhaul again.Andrew G.
I rented a trailer for 5 days, asked for 10 moving blankets. I was told because I was renting for 5 days I would need to pay an extra $45 for the blanket rental. Seriously??? Then I was told that if I didn't fold the blankets upon return I would be charged an extra $10. The counter person was rude on top of that. So no the experience was NOT enjoyable and I felt I was being taken advantage of by them and if this is really U-Hauls policies then by U-Haul as well.John S.

I was very happy that this location was very helpful in my time of stress. They waited for me past closing time and I wasn't able to rent that day, but went back the next day to rent and was remembered AND I had lost my driver's license in the parking lot and got it back the second day! The guy was a little bit funny/sarcastic but was so very helpful and I was grateful!!!FRANCES P.

I booked my rental for a Burnet pick up and didn't find out until I went to pick it up that you changed it to Marble Falls. I think you should notify customers when there is a change like that.John R.

This place that we rented from was absolutely rude horrible and overcharged us. We called the one 800 number and a gentleman named con KAHN helped us and he was absolutely fabulous took care of the refund as far as we know he said it would be there in a couple days. As far as where we rented the place from it was the absolute worst U-Haul experience we ever experienced. Thank you again Kahn-for all your help!!!You rockjeanine C.

Spent quite a bit of time attempting to get trailer lights working. Employee insisted it was my truck and checked fuses, connections etc. Turned out to be wiring on trailer. After finally getting this sorted out I took trailer for a 24 hour rental. Returned just under 24 hours later and woke up the next day to find I had been charged for 2 days rental. Emailed dealer for explanation with no response as of yet. I have 2 different GPS verifiable records showing I returned trailer in under the 24 hour window. Next step is to contact bank and dispute charge. Very disappointed in the service. I've used U-Haul for years and never experienced anything like this.Kenneth H.

The pick up was excellent. I had called and let them know I was gonna be an hour late and there was a woman speaking in the background of my phone that was very rude!!!!! The man on the phone was a nice man and the younger guy was great but if the female â€œscreaming ordersâ€ in the background really needed to speak to me, she could have simply asked for the phone!! I don't need someone sayin....â€I don't give a shit when I gets back, if it's late then it's an extra day fee and the price of insuranceâ€ but oh well. I'll continue to use this location because of the two gentlemen that helped me. I just want deal with her....Leonardo W.

The cargo area was dirty, the vehicle had no washer solvent, the wiper blades needed to be replaced, the correct miles were not input in the system causing an issue with my rental. The miles were off by 900 miles I mentioned this to the person at the location and they stated that they contacted U Haul about the issue and that it was noted. I also contacted U Haul about the issue and sent a photo of the miles and there was still an issue returning the vehicle because the mileage was still incorrect. I spent an hour on the phone with U Haul trying to resolve the issue because I was going to be charged almost $300 for the rental.Zane W.
