The pick up was excellent. I had called and let them know I was gonna be an hour late and there was a woman speaking in the background of my phone that was very rude!!!!! The man on the phone was a nice man and the younger guy was great but if the female “screaming orders” in the background really needed to speak to me, she could have simply asked for the phone!! I don’t need someone sayin....”I don’t give a shit when I gets back, if it’s late then it’s an extra day fee and the price of insurance” but oh well. I’ll continue to use this location because of the two gentlemen that helped me. I just want deal with her....

Everything was good, walked in and met a friendly lady who had helped me there before. I had filled out everything on line so it went quickly and she hooked up the trailer and we checked the light’s and I was off.

The cargo area was dirty, the vehicle had no washer solvent, the wiper blades needed to be replaced, the correct miles were not input in the system causing an issue with my rental. The miles were off by 900 miles I mentioned this to the person at the location and they stated that they contacted U Haul about the issue and that it was noted. I also contacted U Haul about the issue and sent a photo of the miles and there was still an issue returning the vehicle because the mileage was still incorrect. I spent an hour on the phone with U Haul trying to resolve the issue because I was going to be charged almost $300 for the rental.

Some more signage as to where to leave a truck after hours and where to find the key drop off would be helpful. It took awhile to figure out what to do in the dark!

Wonderful folks to work with! Very friendly and the trailer that we rented was very clean and well maintained. We actually drove over to their town (about 20 miles from where we live) to rent the trailer because the people in the town that we live in were rude and never called us back when we were trying to set up the rental.

The armrest area of the truck was filthy, it had spilled coffee all over the place, I had to clean it myself before starting my trip I reserved a 20ft truck 2 weeks prior and when picked up the truck I was given a 26ft truck. My email from UHaul stated that I had a 20ft truck reserved. I had to drive a half empty truck cross country and spend more money in gas. When calling the location to request some kind of refund I was met with a rude employee who could not care less about my problem, he hung up on me.

Wasn't the location fault but the UHaul connection. I lost almost 2 hrs waiting to be able to rent equipment. Also, drivers side wiper blade was bad. I know this because I had to drive in the pouring rain at night for over 2 hrs. It was a safety hazard. Also, truck had a coolant problem. It did not overheat thou.

I arrived at 7am and they told me they didn’t open until 9am. The other guy was nice and checked me in. Seemed like they really don’t want uhaul customers. I had the same feeling last time I rented from uhaul and returned to this location.

I was routed 45 min out of my way to the drop off location a day after I picked up the trailer. I will not be using U haul in the future due to how my business was handled.

This location was fantastic, however, once I got to my new home with my loaded truck, my moving help that was arranged through your website did not show up. When I finally reached the company, they said the website booked the wrong day. Even tho it was confirmed twice prior to the move. We had a to find another company last-minute to unload our truck. It was inconvenient and expensive. When I called uhaul for a refund on the moving help portion, the women was unfriendly and said “go to their website”. I could not find said website. So I haul owes me $130.

I told the personnel at the Napa store about the front end on said vehicle not being in good shape ! I am a professional driver with a class a drivers incense with experience in all types of motor vehicles , and mechanical failures . The back of the truck being swept out was more important than hearing about the front end problems !! I assumed that u-haul being a major corporation that someone needed to know the said vehicle needs the front end rebuilt ! I did not mind sweeping the truck out at all , that’s not what this is about , people just don’t listen to what you have to tell them . I would think this being a Napa parts store that they would at least be interested enough to ask questions about said vehicle with over a hundred thousand miles on it !

I was told I could return trailer to any U-Haul location. This location seemed to not want the trailer and questioned me why I was returning it there. Even though I was within my 24 hour rental period, this location charged me another full days rental and insurance coverage for an additional day, even though the trailer was sitting on their lot. I will be calling U-Haul today about the charges.

The trailer I was given was definitely an older trailer with many dents ect in it. Overall, kiinda' rough looking from the outside. I requested a newer one, but was told I could only get the one that was next in line, the older one. She assured me the trailers were inspected and it was fine. It had a lot of Xs stickers on it. But in the end it did just fine in its approx. 900 mile trip. I did have to return to the store fro the furniture pads that had been ordered at the time of the trailer.

The trailer that we rented had not been properly maintained so upon arrival the lights did not come on the unit. The unit had some pretty bad electrical repairs on the wiring which caused the malfunction. Eventually the lights came on after one of the Nappa worker messed with the portion that was bundled in electrical tape. Uhaul or the specific locations should keep up with the maintenance of all the units to make sure they’re working properly upon pick up.

Let people know how to do after hours drop off when picking up had issues getting the reservation pulled up to do a drop off.

Employees at this drop off location need to work on their customer service skills. They did not know how the one way rentals should work nor would they accommodate me properly. My small ask of them was to add a few additional miles to my one way move to accommodate my route, he refused and said this is not how it is done and he runs the U-Haul station. I have rented before and other locations have always asked me the route so they can allow proper mileage. They were quite argumentative with what I needed and at one point the man rudely asked me,” Do you want to rent the truck or not!” I would not want anyone having to deal with such a rude person ever again.

Drove the 26' Uhaul from GA to TX. The suspension was shot, front end out of alignment, handles terribly, rattled loudly. Check engine light came on 2nd day. Doesn't seem like well maintained truck. Please see to it that trucks are in good repair before people rent them.

She was in a hurry to get me checked out. I had to go out and find if there were any new dents or scratches without a x on them. When signing papers she did not explain the amount of gas that needed to be replaced. She told me to inital right here and I did but she did not tell me the reason why and since she was in a hurry because of a line waiting to check out stupid me did not ask. So I did not know about putting gas back in or sweeping it out. They charged me over $125. And will not use them again
