All the U-Haul pick up locations should have packing boxes because I ordered them but i couldn't get any when i went to pick it up.

The person that got me my contract at this location was 13 years old, couldn't answer my questions, furniture pads were missing in the truck but were on the contract and the protection plan was not on the contract. I asked to have the protection added and the person didn't know how to do it so they sent us to the st louis location to dismiss us. St louis location was really helpful and absolutely great but we still lost 2 hours of our time and some mileage because of the incompetence of the alexandre taché location. Would never go back to this location and will warn friends to stay away from this place.

Mon pire cas de location à vie. D’abord, votre préposée UHaul n’a pas bien pris ma commande et m’a dirigé vers un concessionnaire horrible. En effet, l’Endroit de la prise de location était très très très sale pour ne pas dire insalubre, la préposée qui est arrivée avec 1:30 de retard était incapable de générer la facture correcte car système informatique obsolète qui a pris 30 minutes à s’ouvrir! U-Haul devrait visiter l’endroit et constater le tout!

I understand that it’s a new location and the staff is still on training. However there is nothing I can call “customer service” at all. Before I went there, I called the store. The lady there asked me to come over because she didn’t know “utility trailer” versus “cargo trailer”. When I arrived 15 minutes later, the lady was away and the technician there did not know where she went and when she would come back. On my request, the technician called the lady telling her that the customer called her was waiting. The lady came back and spent an hour to complete the reservation. When I returned the trailer, the lady didn’t know how to close the deal and process the payment. On my request, she called U-Haul for help. If the system permits, I’d give no star.

When I eventually got my drop off receipt, it was unuseable, as there were no amounts listed. Drop off date was shown as May 18, 2019, when I actually dropped it off on May 11, 2019. There doesn't seem to be any document that I can print that shows pick-up, drop-off, and total amount charged/paid.
