Really really bad client service. Had to wait over an hour for the truck. Person at the counter was passing on information to his boss over his personal cell phone. His boss was processing the order from his home computer. Really felt uncomfortable when he took picture of my license on his personal cell phone and texted it to his boss. Really convoluted process. Truck was really muddy in the cab and in the back. They did not even scrape any of the ice in the windshield as they did not have any show cleaning brush. So the attendant just poured water on the windshield to melt the ice. How dumb is that when it is below freezing temperature outside? Another client who was there before me also mentioned that he was waiting over an hour. I am already having second thoughts about renting from U-haul if this is the service level I can expect.

Worst truck rental experience I've ever had. I specified 1 location with mobile pickup and less than 24 hours before, that location was changed, time was now 1 hour later and no mobile. Not to mention I received a dirty truck and now I'M being charged a $25 cleaning fee?? I will rent from anywhere else EXCEPT Uhaul next time, as will the friends that waited around that extra hour to help me and all of my followers on social media. For a company based on logistics, Uhaul did a horrible job this time around.

The worst experience that I had with Uhault. The person at the garage told that he was busy working and that I had to wait until he is done !?! The Uhault was dirty with garbage in it, and I had ordered blankets and they were none. Really the worst customer service that I experienced in a long time.

Checkin took over 30 minutes. I had to move a uhaul truck myself just to access the trailer. Staff was not helpful in connecting trailer or assisting with rental.

I am extremely disappointed. Despite having a confirmed reservation, the truck that I had reserved was not on location when I got there at the agreed upon time. I asked to get another truck for the same price but the representative refused and charged me a higher price for the replacement vehicle. When I called U-Haul at the 1-800 number later to complain, they contacted the location and the representative LIED (!) and said that he had contacted me by phone before the pickup time to let me know that my truck was not available. This is untrue and my phone shows no record that day of a call from the location, so I have proof. The replacement truck was dirty and I ended up having to pay more, despite having done everything correctly as a client. My recommendation to UHaul is to take this location off your list of suppliers, as this garage will give you a bad reputation.

Hello, The gas was almost empty, which was not a big deal but just not convenient. The part that really bothered me is the guy who I returned the truck to. When I returned the truck, he was busy and told me to leave the truck without him inspecting the truck for milage and gas. After I got my receipt from U-hall I found out that he had charged me for two days. I had to call customer service and explain to them what had happened and thank god I asked him for a receipt to prove that I returned the truck which he was denying to give in the first place. I am just saying bad represented of U-hall company can easily destroy companies reputation. Thanks, Maryam

The last question applies also to UHaul. We found out when receiving the invoice that there was an significant overcharge for gaz and a refill fee because did not return it to the initial 3/8 level. I would recommend that the location specifies this to clients. Uhaul will not get our business again.

Very sketchy location. Owner is not very friendly. I was charged an extra $15 (Unknowing as to why) by this company despite overfilling the gas (there was more than the required amount in the truck). Very frustrated.

The cab of the truck had garbage leftover from the previous renter (fast food containers, napkins, etc). The back of the truck had an old couch in it, as well as a couple of garbage bags. The person working at the mechanic shop acted surprised and refused to help. I emptied the truck no my own. There were also no furniture pads.

Si vous preniez en compte les avis précédents vous auriez arrêtez de faire affaire avec cet impoli. Aucune classe aucun respect aucun professionnalisme. J’avais vu les avis négatifs mais je me suis dit non je hais juste prendre le camion et plus rien. L’imbecile il m’a fait attendre plus d’une heure et demi. A très mal me parler comm si j’étais son frère ou ami. J’ai du appeler u-haull comme trois fois parce qu’il ne pouvait ou ne voulait pas prendre le temps de corriger des prix. Il avait in garage et tout ce qui le préoccupait c’était ses clients. Of course u-haull n’est pas son gagne pain c’est un sous traitant. Je pourrai en dire en plus. Une chance j’étais avec ma blonde qui me calmait sinon il aurait eu les pires injures de ma part. Plus jamais. Je dis bien plus jamais. Il n’a même pas inspecté le véhicule avec moi. Les couvertures j’ai pris en option n’y étaient pas non plu. Un vrai mais un vrai idiot ce gars là. Et ça me m’étonne de moi car de la patience j’en ai. Alors passez votre chemin. Nways il s’en fou des critiques et la compagnie ne fait rien non plus avec lui ça a l’air.

I got charge overprice because couldn’t bring back the trailer on time because the rental location was closed. And try to call the manager “Steven” and he told me that’s to bad and nothing they can do. Pretty bad experience and bad customer services.

Jai eu un service superbe directement avec uhaul. Par contre chez teo mecanique c'est horrible! J'ai attendu 3 hrs pour avoir le camion car personne de former était présent. Le patron de l'endroit à envoyer son fils Owen de 13 ans pour faire la location. Innacecptable! J'ai du refaire un contract au téléphone directement avec un représentant uhaul qui ma donné un bon service. Pour plus de renseignement appeler moi au 8195932405

All the U-Haul pick up locations should have packing boxes because I ordered them but i couldn't get any when i went to pick it up.

The person that got me my contract at this location was 13 years old, couldn't answer my questions, furniture pads were missing in the truck but were on the contract and the protection plan was not on the contract. I asked to have the protection added and the person didn't know how to do it so they sent us to the st louis location to dismiss us. St louis location was really helpful and absolutely great but we still lost 2 hours of our time and some mileage because of the incompetence of the alexandre taché location. Would never go back to this location and will warn friends to stay away from this place.

Mon pire cas de location à vie. D’abord, votre préposée UHaul n’a pas bien pris ma commande et m’a dirigé vers un concessionnaire horrible. En effet, l’Endroit de la prise de location était très très très sale pour ne pas dire insalubre, la préposée qui est arrivée avec 1:30 de retard était incapable de générer la facture correcte car système informatique obsolète qui a pris 30 minutes à s’ouvrir! U-Haul devrait visiter l’endroit et constater le tout!

I understand that it’s a new location and the staff is still on training. However there is nothing I can call “customer service” at all. Before I went there, I called the store. The lady there asked me to come over because she didn’t know “utility trailer” versus “cargo trailer”. When I arrived 15 minutes later, the lady was away and the technician there did not know where she went and when she would come back. On my request, the technician called the lady telling her that the customer called her was waiting. The lady came back and spent an hour to complete the reservation. When I returned the trailer, the lady didn’t know how to close the deal and process the payment. On my request, she called U-Haul for help. If the system permits, I’d give no star.

When I eventually got my drop off receipt, it was unuseable, as there were no amounts listed. Drop off date was shown as May 18, 2019, when I actually dropped it off on May 11, 2019. There doesn't seem to be any document that I can print that shows pick-up, drop-off, and total amount charged/paid.
