You're after hours pick up and drop off is nothing short of a scavenger hunt my pickup location the truck was not there it was on the next block and down the street and the keys were across the street at a non-related building... 832-668-4195 for details of two rentals different locations and similar scavenger hunt to obtain keys... Reservations made with appliance dolly box Dolly and furniture pads which were not provided by U-Haul I found three times lodging complaint and the manager of said location was to return my call Saturday morning into this date I've never heard anybody to my complaints with the rental. The app is not user friendly. Change your terminology from headshot to selfie. Being required to put your padlock in a flower pot and be threatened with a $30 fee come back a day later and be required to get the padlock out of the flower pot is a bit unsettling ect... no one was available to drop off the key with. I dropped it off a day early and had to call customer service and was charged to two days additional when the truck was at the lot. I want my money back!!!!!!!Carolynne K.

The pick up location for trucks is a very small lot that has a small access road that is hard to navigate with a large moving truck. There is no light for those who pick up through a mobile device after hours. Very poor design for anyone picking up at night hours. I would not recommend.Joshua C.

Put a small sign on the door or nearby to show that U-haul can be rented there. The app wouldn't work until we were parked right in front of the door to the facility, while the truck was parked way across a side street.Nancy S.

The App failed to proceed while returning and also the Fuel gauge reading was not compared against the reading at the time of pickup. this led to over charging and then I had to contact the customer service for reversal. Also when I called the location for help even during the business hours, the call goes to the voicemail(many times).Narayanan S.
I reserved a truck for 8am and it was not ready. It said not open until noon. after multiple calls and an hour and a half wait they got me into a truck. The customer service end was very kind and helpful.Brittany B.
Directions were confusing. Vehicle was not in front of The Zone at all but across the street. I had uber'ed there so it wasn't easy for me to access the rocky and muddy area across the street with my large suitcase. In addition, no one was around to ask questions to. Like, no one at all. The phone app wasn't working properly and it took 45 minutes with customer service to figure out. Also the drop off point was 40 miles out of the way when there was another U-Haul very close to our storage facility.Keith F.
A lot of what I did at the location could've been done before I got there. Like taking picture of my drivers license and other things. When you get to the location it should be a lot faster. It took me 10 minutes once I got to the location to get everything squared away before I could get my truck.Benton L.

Jason needs to be discontinued as a drop off location. He was only reachable by phone. Did not answer the the first to calls. FAILED to check in my unit as I was unable to check it in due to that site not being listed on your app. LIED to me several times, telling me he had checked it in, then was in th eprocess of checking it in when I called, then was going to check it in !!! He was rude, not friendly and very POOR !!! His lack of follow-through caused my 4 hours and 5 calls to Uhual to resolved the unit being late check in when in fact it was returned a day early. Also your people at the Customer Action File did not even do what they told me they were going to do, which caused an additional call from me to resolve.
