Lisa HWas supposed to rent at one location and was sent 13 miles down the road during rush hour to pick up at another location. I get conflicting information as to drop off location from the scheduling department. Sometime I wonder if the left hand knows what the right hand is even doing.

Christopher RBetter customer service was not professional the guy that was checking the truck out ask us did we have any body in the back of the truck as if it was to be a joke then told us that we didn’t put enough gas in the truck when clearly it was I believe he just was trying to charge me more for anything an said we had to many leave in the truck when clearly the lady that was behind the desk came an check the truck out said everything was ok with the truck I think he was just be ignorant person if I say so myself never again will I ever go back their sign a angry customer

Cecilia NOverall, convenient, close to home. Vehicle was not really clean upon checkout, but not terrible. Inside window was smeared glass making it hard to see well. Back was not swept out, but passable for carho van standards. Vehicles must have all gauges and indicator lights serviced to make sure customer is comfortable and safe. TPMS tire lights should be a priority. Just like any other light, it was mentioned verbally, but should be addressed promptly.
