I had an excellent experience with Valet Vault. The price structure and contract were fair, clear and inclusive. Staff were always very friendly and helpful. I would absolutely recommend this business to others.
I stored here for two years and would recommend Vault Valet Storage to anyone. The two gentlemen I met during this time were always professional, friendly and helpful. The premises are kept very clean and tidy. I never worried about my belongings, and as a woman alone on the premises occasionally, I never felt unsafe. The cost is very reasonable compared to in the city and the location is quick and easy to access from the Knight Street bridge.
The Vault team have been extremely helpful and accommodating over the past 6 years. They were always on top of changes and adjustments to our unit, and were always very timely with communication. Their rates are also some of the best in Vancouver. I would recommend Vault storage for any of your storage needs. Sincerely, Shay Kuebler
Very friendly staff, super helpful, quick and efficient service and access to the storage locker, and an understandable process to apply for , rent, and move into the locker. Super grateful for how well this service was and is managed... also great value! Thank you!

Great facility. Nice and clean. Metal dividers which feel really sturdy and great staff. Pricing is the most affordable that I found decently close to main Vancouver.
