Have the items I had reserved and paid for in the truck when I picked it up. Both utility carts and furniture blankets were not in the truck. The clerk forgot, and apparently I had to remind him to put them in it. Furthermore the original drop off location was closed for construction. Being from out of town we had to quickly struggle to find another drop off location. NOT COOLBruce P.

I wish I could remember the gentleman's name that assisted me with my rental but he is defiantly an asset to the company!! He was so helpful and very pleasant, patient and kind. During our move we had a little hiccup with the latch getting stuck at the top and had to call for roadside assistance and was back in business within an hour. Everyone we had dealt with was heaven sent. They def contributed to the uhaul experience & I will be choosing uhaul again!!Nicole W.
I reserved a van for Saturday but was asked to come right away (the day before) so I rushed over to pick it up but found out that they had given away the van to someone else. I had to go to another location, much further away. Days later, I received a receipt for the original van that someone else used. I was charged $190 for someone else's rental. When I called to rectify the situation, I was told that it's less than an hour from closing time today so it will not be resolved. Then the worker hung up on me for insisting to have a call back with an update. This is the absolute worst service ever. I ended up renting and paying for my rental at the forest glade location but this all happened at the ups location on Huron church. I am still waiting for a refund.Joel M.

Car was covered with snow and ice...had to wait 15min with engine on to de ice the windows. I was too busy to remove the snow and didn't notice that gas level was not full.... at least 10 to 15 $ less.Christan S.
The address that I originally rented from online changed when the order was confirmed but it wasn't clear that I'd need to go into the UPS store to complete the rental so there was a bit of confusion when I first arrived what I was supposed to do.Simon W.

The worker was very rude and I just noticed charged us for "an extra day use" our contract said to drop off by end of day Jan 1 and we did. He also told me I did not fill the tank enough and I couldn't understand what he meant because it looked like it was exactly where it was supposed to be. He insisted I had to drive to the gas station and put less than $5 in to make it the right amount. Which we were alreAdy over on miles and would have put us even more over.Jason T.

The man was wonderful, but we did not choose the location, and we were to pick up at 10:00 and he just happened to come in early, he wasn't set to be there till noon. We would have been waiting 2 hours. Online I had chosen the U-haul Dougall location but was not given that. Why ask where I want to pick it up>you're going to tell me where anyway.TYLER L.
My only complaint was one of great importance to me. There was no windshield scraper in vehicle. When I picked up vehicle it was covered in ice/snow and I had to sit and wait min 10 min for the defrost to warm up enough to melt it off. Also ice was stuck on blades and I had to stop and ask a tall man to try and take it off as I had no way of reaching it without a scraper. This was a big hassle, not safe, time consuming, waste of fuel and embarrassing. Trucks should be equipped with a necessary safety item such as this. Truck was otherwise brand new and well keptVINCENT H.

The 26 foot truck was too long to park there. I had to park sideways and take up 5 parking places. I got there at 9:00 a.m. as the truck was due back by 9:15. The place didn't open until 11:00 on Saturday. I left the truck and took the keys as I wanted to make sure I wasn't going to be overcharged. I had to get picked up and then drove back at 11:00 to bring back the keys. Glad I did because I was being overcharged $40 for two extra hours which I disputed and the charge was removed. But if I had dropped the keys in the box I would have got dinged for the extra charge as they wouldn't have known when I arrived.RONALD S.
WENT TO PICK UP THE TRUCK AND IT WOULD NOT START...THEY FOUND ANOTHER TRUCK BUT I HAD TO WAIT ANOTHER HOUR FOR THE STORE TO OPEN THEN ANOTHER HALF HOUR TO GET THE TRUCK..ALL TOTAL 2 & HOURS LATE.JOY C.

UHaul changed my reservation from another branch to this location which was too far for me and I was not happy for that. However, This guys was friendly and gave me a decent service. My experience with UHaul in general is that the people you see are much more helpful, friendly, and caring as compared to their scheduling department and customer service.ARASH J.
Truck had dirt on the loading ramp and leaves inside the box. The "mom's attic" had a leak in it causing load to get wet. Was incorrectly billed for gas when truck was returned with correct amount of fuel per contract, agent was not helpful in resolving issue. I will not be dealing with uhaul in the futureDavid S.

I booked a van at the Walker Rd. a location in Windsor, Ontario for 8:30 on June 1st. When I got there at 9:27 the lady said the company gave away my van at 9:00 since there was a 1 hour time frame. I was completely shocked and upset. I understand I was not on time but they had waited 30 minutes to give away my van that I had already purchased. Nonetheless, I had to drive across town out of my way to rent another van at a different Uhaul location. Not only was this inconvenient but when I called the Uhaul location nobody would pick up. I believe this type of service is a solitet absurd and unprofessional. From now on I will not be encouraged to use your services. Thank you for your time.VICKEN D.

UHaul seemed very new to this operation. Not very organized - we had to help fill out the U-Haul forms. The staff was very friendly and tried their best to be helpful. At the drop off the people said the truck was dirty and should have been cleaned before we loaded.rod M.
The internet service went down and we had to wait for the service to resume so we could do the paperwork. Would recommend a manual method for future. My major complaint about the UHaul experience was in the booking and confirmation process. I made at least 6 calls over a single day (day before pickup) trying to confirm the pick up location and drop off. I was transferred several times to call centres, where my call was dropped. There was also confusion about the mileage - in kilometres or miles. When I originally made the reservation, I was quoted mileage of 580 kilometres. The contract when we were at the pick up location read "360", but the clerk at the location could not explain to us that it was in kms not miles. (Got this straigthened out by calling another Windsor dealership.) In short, your phone reservation system was frustrating.Andra T.
