I had my pick up scheduled far in advance and no one was at the office to help me. He was rude to a co worker in front of customers, and seemed irritated that I knew how uhaul works better than he did.

Your new computer system seems to be causing a little bit of a headache, she had to get a UHaul rep on the phone and start the transaction over again after the system froze up on her, not her fault though. Staff and location were awesome!

Trailer was frozen to the ground and required a lot of hand effort to release the trailer tongue and chains from the ice on the ground. Also this location wasn't the location I had reserved to pickup the trailer over 1 week prior. I thought 1 week was enough time for a trailer to be made available at the location I had reserved it at. Had to drive an hour out of my way to get the trailer.

The truck I received had 1" of ice on the windshield and I had to scrape it off in freezing weather. With how much im paying I should not being doing your job. Also, the truck windshield wipers were crap! After driving 20 miles in the snow, I could not see anything and had to stop to buy new ones so I would not die (after one close call of almost hitting someone). I was miss informed about how much gas was in it when I picked up the truck and when I returned it with the level I was told I was charged $17 (which I will not be paying). I got a bigger truck than I ordered with no discount to compensate for the extra fuel I had to spend. I will never use U-Haul again. I was not impressed and U-Haul made my move miserable.

The location was awesome. However, they had no clue we were coming in. Your reservation folks online have lost my business. I advise remaining customers to call the location to set up reservations.

Not much on my end. The workers were very pleasant and helpful. They helped me figure out which piece I needed and took care of me. Then they showed me how to use the equipment. And let me know if I needed help they was just a phone call away.. They gave me instructions for the use of the trailer. And then how to return it when I was done. I was real nervous but they were real kind an settled my nerves. Then when I got back they helped unhook the trailer and checked to make sure I had hooked everything back up right. Thanks Tool Shed Guys and U-Haul for outstanding equipment. I couldn't believe how easy it was to do this.

We wanted to rent a auto transport trailer in Billings Mt. We rented one a week earlier for 400.00 a week in Pa to travel to Mt. A week later we wanted to rent another one to go back to Pa and was quoted a price over a thousand. We were forced to drive out of our way to Idaho location just to get an affordable rate on a tow dolly. I dont understand how you can charge 3 times the rate a week later for the same distance. I could have bought an auto transport for what you were trying to charge.No I am not happy with U Haul. Tire pressure on the tow dolly was dangerously low.
