John SThe only difficulty has nothing to do with the location. We’ve always been able to drop off in Ashton, ID, 30 miles from our house. But, when I set this up I specifically asked for Ashton but was given the only option of ST Anthony, an additional 15 miles or so. How can I make sure I get Ashton in the future?

Gilda mThe four U Haul locations we dealt with were spectacular. Your corporate service center is horrible. We rented from a location 1/4 mile away. We were told to pick up 20 miles south. When we arrived he had one trailer. Corporate customer care sent us 40 miles North to get our truck and second trailer. The locations were very helpful. The U haul Corporate offices have no regard.

Paul PU-Haul said they had an available storage unit. They did not. This U-Haul website is a mess.

Shawn PYour new computer system seems to be causing a little bit of a headache, she had to get a UHaul rep on the phone and start the transaction over again after the system froze up on her, not her fault though. Staff and location were awesome!
Tiera PTrailer was frozen to the ground and required a lot of hand effort to release the trailer tongue and chains from the ice on the ground. Also this location wasn't the location I had reserved to pickup the trailer over 1 week prior. I thought 1 week was enough time for a trailer to be made available at the location I had reserved it at. Had to drive an hour out of my way to get the trailer.

Will CThe truck I received had 1" of ice on the windshield and I had to scrape it off in freezing weather. With how much im paying I should not being doing your job. Also, the truck windshield wipers were crap! After driving 20 miles in the snow, I could not see anything and had to stop to buy new ones so I would not die (after one close call of almost hitting someone). I was miss informed about how much gas was in it when I picked up the truck and when I returned it with the level I was told I was charged $17 (which I will not be paying). I got a bigger truck than I ordered with no discount to compensate for the extra fuel I had to spend. I will never use U-Haul again. I was not impressed and U-Haul made my move miserable.

Privacy R | First ImpressionsNot much on my end. The workers were very pleasant and helpful. They helped me figure out which piece I needed and took care of me. Then they showed me how to use the equipment. And let me know if I needed help they was just a phone call away.. They gave me instructions for the use of the trailer. And then how to return it when I was done. I was real nervous but they were real kind an settled my nerves. Then when I got back they helped unhook the trailer and checked to make sure I had hooked everything back up right. Thanks Tool Shed Guys and U-Haul for outstanding equipment. I couldn't believe how easy it was to do this.
