Willie SThe folks at The Tool Box are very nice,professional people. They were very thorough with the truck and trailer,explaining and familiarizing me with hook-up and operation. Very friendly and courteous people. After loading my car on the transport, I discovered that one of the tie down straps had been cut/shortened by a previous renter and was too short for my car. I stopped back in to the Tool Box and the guy never hesitated to replace the damaged strap,even with cold rain and wind,lying on the wet ground to perform the repair,and never acted anything but courteous and accommodating. I would highly recommend this location for any rental need.

Ronald PMy car was improperly doubled wrapped with chain and I was not informed of the info emailed to me. The business had many ugly political signs and memes on display. It was in poor taste, to say the least. I couldn’t wait to get out of there.

Jerry Smake the fuel gaiges more readable for the renters!! 1 person sees 1 reading the next person sees a different. that is very suspicious. the gauge needs to be more user friendly that would leave little/no questions about where it is exactly

JEFFREY DReturning the uhaul was very complicated. I couldn't get the link to work and share my location. It took me 2 hours to get ahold of someone at customer service only for her to tell me that it checked in successfully somehow. Very frustrating.

RONALD PThe people at this location are so friendly the only thing that I have that I wish the trailers had is a jack on it so when you unhook you don’t have to strain your back to lift it off the ball.
STEVE PI didn't appreciate being charged an additional day for dropping my rental off at the designated location and on time. I was confused about how to drop the rental off with no personnel on-site. I returned later that afternoon and filled in the online rental return information, only to be charged an additional fee.
