It was super easy to get the uhaul, and it was in perfect shape for my trip!

Travis VThey didn’t check the vehicle properly and didn’t know the truck was there even though the key was in the drop box. Charged for late drop when it was dropped off the same day and the fuel was at the same level as picked up. Just another for local shops to rip people off.
MARK WHorrible website / pickup experience. Incorrect location information, site not loading correctly, and inadequate information regarding the verification of driver process. Will never use this service again. Tire barn itself was not open even though it was within business hours and they did not answer their phone.

PETER SIt took me over an hour and 30 minutes to get my truck as no code was sent to me for lock box to get the keys,when I did get them it had a car hitch on the truck which I did not order which again I had to call to get the truck switched. I have movers on the clock which I have to pay to stand around while waiting on the truck,not acceptable

CHARLES FHave an easier/closer location for a pickup site ecspecially since I had to drive an hour just to pick up the truck even though I requested it to be picked up In my town.
Micah KMade a simple modification to my reservation the morning of my rental, and it changed my pickup location to this store, which was closed. Had to spend an hour on the phone with Uhaul out in the parking lot, getting transferred 3 times to different departments before gaining access to my truck. Set me back a lot during my move.

Eric RAlthough Phil went out of his way (staying late, opening early, lots of phone calls) to help us get a truck at the promised time, it was still stressful. Additionally his office needs a new computer; it froze repeatedly making pick up take 40 minutes instead of 15.

curtis bStore front was closed when I arrive there to turn in the truck there was no parking available turned in the truck took pictures with the keys in the box along with a copy of my Rental contract showing that I had picked up the truck with zero gas in it I returned it with an 8th to 1/ 16th of a tank and then the store arbitrarily decided to charge me $40 for gas
John LLocked up during middle of work day at 1230. Called number on contract, no one answered. Called again and left message. There was no real place to park the trailer, except leaving it halfway in the road. While I was trying to call U-Haul to get a different drop off location, owner called me back and just told me to park it wherever, he was out doing errands. Ummm...was not comfortable doing this but left it halfway out onto street. There was construction on road so trailer wasn’t in the line of traffic. Never heard anything back so must be gtg. I took pictures of everything to prove I actually left the trailer and it was not damaged. Can’t recommend this location at all.

Matthew BMy comments aren't for this location but uhaul overall. I kept getting the runaround and it was frustrating contacting customer service. I will never use uhaul again and I will bad mouth uhaul every chance I get going forward.
john mI was scheduled to pick up a rental trailer at 9:00 AM. The business did not open until 9:10 AM and another rental customer was waiting also. If you schedule customers at a certain time, the business should be open before that time!!!
Roger APhil was exceptional. Our dealings with the corporate office on Victor was less than desirable to say the least. Phil put all worries and concerns to rest before we even had keys in hand. We will reccomend his location to anyone needing a truck.

Samantha II had a pickup request at a different location and was NOT informed that it would not be at the requested site. I wasted 2.5 hrs driving around to find my trailer. Uhaul needs to FIX their system. NOT TIRE BARNS FAULT. I RENTED FROM UHAUL, NOT TIRE BARN!!!!
