This location did not have cell service. When I tried to get customer service for help with my receipt, I was hung by your rep Anna after 15 minutes of waiting. I called again , after 20 minutes, the system disconnected me again. You should be ashamed of your poor customer service. I would not recommend anyone call your call center. If the customer needs help, please just let us rot in hell. Thanks for nothing.RICHARD R.

The problem was with cell data service at the unattended site. I reserved the truck from my hotel in town without any issues. When I tried to return, the data service was so poor at the site, I couldn't use the app to process the return. I tried to call the number I had, but nobody answered. I dropped the keys into the box at the site and returned to my hotel where I attempted to call about the problem. Still no answer at the local phone number, and I had to wait about 10 min to talk to someone at the national number, and then was transferred to a 2nd person where I had to wait another 10 min. When I was finally able to talk to someone, they made a note to my account about what happened, but I still have to call a different local number when the site is open to finalized my return. The U-Haul representative was helpful but it would have been nice to know that I was dropping the truck off at a pull off on the side of a road and not at a physical location with a building, etc.ROBERT A.

Location on Google was not correct. My son in law has submitted correct coordinates to google. I received a call from Uhaul representative misrepresenting to me that the Trinidad uhaul dealerships would not accept a return in Trinidad. The rep told me I would have to travel to Walsenburg to drop the uhaul. That is 50 miles from my location. Only after I argued with the rep was I told I could drop off in Trinidad at Sundance.....but I would have to drop off early. I met Pete Valdez, owner of Sundance Uhaul, at the drop-off spot. He was awesome. I think Uhaul corporate is trying to run Sundance out of business but discouraging business to his location. Mark Young, Esq.mark Y.

The GPS location is not accurate. Which is necessary to pick up your truck outside of open hours. It took me two hours to pick up the uhaul. Spoke with four different reps. Not a single one offered an apology. I finally called the number listed at the site and got assistance from the local dealer. The customer service experience was so horrendous. What a mortifying situation, at 6 am on A Sunday.Stephanie T.
Trailer lights did not work. I was told I'd be refunded for the trailer lights I had to purchase. I submitted the receipt, and called approximately 7 times over 4 and a half months. I was not contacted back despite being told I would multiple times. Horrible experience and a lot of wasted time. I would avoid if you can.Tomas L.
