The customer service and the vehicle that I used were great, no problems there. The only problem I had was the fact that I was charged for an additional 1.5 gallons of gas after I already filled up. I drove approximately 16 miles, which is right around a gallon of gas for the van than I had per the information provided. When I filled the van up with gas, I doubled the gas that I used actually used. Which means that either the van was not at the proper amount when given to me, or whoever processed my receipt decided to charge me extra just because. I was only charged an extra 1.5 gallons of gas, but it's the overall principle of the charge that's not right. Outside of that, I had a great experience and would easily recommend without question.

The relatively new looking cargo van was in great condition, except that it had a faulty mileage tracker/odometer! It said we drove WAY more miles than we possibly could have in our short two hour rental! Then it took quite awhile for the representative to straighten it out so we waited around a bit. Overall a very good experience though.
Drop off location was run efficiency.

When driving, you could tell that something was wrong. It did a lot of jerking. I could only assume the transmission needed work. Otherwise.m, everything was well.

The truck had a lot of mechanical issues
TJ was the BEST. I had a last minute move, and TJ made sure I had the proper vehicle and mover assistance for short notice. Thank you TJ for outstanding customer service and going the extra mile to satisfy your customer. Continue doing what you do the sky is the limit for you. May God Bless you All the days of your life.
Excellent and Professional
I think there may be a different lady working there but I was not happy. Let's start with this: Honestly, the place stunk. Perhaps she had a stomach issue, but it was BAD. THEN, I felt as if I was overcharged. BIG TIME!!!! She wasn't very accomodating in explaining the HUGE increase in the bill. I am looking into that tomorrow. I have rented from this location many times before and this was my first bad experience. Oh. The truck in the back had a live roach and a dead one, too. :~(((( They also let people in there without masks.
A previous renter had obviously smoked in the cab of the truck. It was clean in the cab, but the odor was horribly strong! We had to keep the windows open the entire time we had the vehicle.

I have had U haul from different locations and unfortunately this time It was a rip off. I only used the truck for 24 hrs and I was charged double on my bill and when I contacted their field manager he couldn't help me out and said I have to pay the double amount.Totally unfair to charge me double for something I haven't used. Customers cannot always read the whole contract to find the loopholes on how u haul can charge you double. It was not explained to me that I will be charged double even when I am within the 24 hr period. I explained that I couldn't bring the truck that night itself because I didn't had a ride and I was so tired and exhausted after the tiring day of driving and moving. I was unable to contact the location because they were closed by the time I told them I will return the truck. So first thing in the morning when they opened I brought in the truck. Anyway jus ripped me off on this rental.Very unhappy and stressed and angry.

Employees are nice and professional in this place. On the other hand, I spent nearly an hour and a half waiting on-site because U-Haul system wasn't operative. After I talked to a first customer representative who wasn't apologetic at all about the fact that your service hadn't been up to par. Then I decided to try your app and had my identification review denied. I called again, spoke to another representative, who promised to have me speak to a clerk directly to get ID check passed. Was put on hold and never came back. FINALLY, a third try at uploading the info and doing self-checkout through the app worked. I think you should reconsider your practices and chain-of-command. Never renting from U-Haul again.
Very efficient transaction when we were in a time crunch moving
Only problem was the gasket around the windshield kept coming off. it needs to be glued down. Truck ran well.

I had cleaned inside& outside of truck & the LADY never got up to look at it... just said give me the key& I'll sent you final bill !!!!! I had filled truck up matching when I picked it up... my bill had SOOOO MANY EXTRA CHARGES... feel like UHaul is going town hill.. have rented many times before, I know the routine& NEVER CHARGED EXTRA!!! I will find another company IF I NEED THIS& tell EVERYONE I know what your pattern of “PADDING “ ur bill is!!! Just TERRIBLE! SHANE SHAME SHAME!!!!

Reserved a box truck and truck was not available at pick up. No one called from Uhaul or site location in advance. I rented next size truck at additional cost - dealer would not honor smaller truck price. Uhaul mobile check in procedure is a pain - should not required uploading (4) photos to return after hours. Uhaul needs to improve communication with dealers, Uhaul organization and customer.
I got a call a day later stating my rental was not returned when it absolutely was returned. You may need to re-train the facilities on checking in the trucks.
Make sure tires are inflated to its correct PSI rating.

I walked into the store with the open sign illuminated before noon on a day when their posted hours state closing at 12:30pm. I was greeted with we are closing, which was before noon and after taking several steps into the store. I told them they are show as open and it is not closing time. They indicated they could not check in my truck, but i could do it on line and leave the keys in the box outside. What terrible customer service. just what am i paying for. I walk into your store and you basically tell me that you do not want to do your job, but i can do it for you. The other option was to leave the keys with them and they would check-in when they come back in a few days. They were rude, disrespectful, and unappreciative of my business. The fact that i chose to come there as they were the closets drop off to my location, was a mistake on my part. If i had known i would be treated so rudely i may not have even rented from you in the first place. The two "ladies" that were "working" should be fired. I would never allow members of my operation team to treat any customer or fellow worker with such disregard and unprofessionalism. At minimum they would get time off without pay and written up in the personnel file, docked on next pay raise, and potentially no bonus for treating a customer like they did. i was furious after i left and i am still upset about it now.
That was the worst service ever they charged me for a dolly did not ever have one the gas charged was not right just a horrible rental
