Richard HLocation said they had a 26’ Truck the only one I could find in the greater area. I arrived there and they attempted to put me in what I believe was a 14’ truck instead. I ended up getting a 20’ truck and still got charged for a 26’ truck. I then incurred over $150 in mileage charges because I had to make a second trip due to the smaller truck. I rented two Dollie’s and they did not have them even though I was charged for them but they were later refunded. All in all it was a long drawn out process that ended up costing me twice as much as I had intended. I normally have great experiences with uhaul but this location and it’s overall operations was just absolutely sub par.
