Lagina MCouple of small concerns with the truck, namely the broken lock on the sliding door to the rear and a loose mirror on the driver’s side. Luckily I didn’t need to lock my possessions for the short term that we had the truck. And the mirror I was able to tighten enough so that it stopped slipping constantly. Otherwise, exceedingly pleasant owner and totally satisfied with truck rental. As always, a very seamless rental process.

Townley HCheck all pins and connections. As a new trailer renter, I was too excited about if I could handle the trailer, I forgot to check the pins in the ramp. One was unpinned. I was more concerned with the condition and didn’t see the missing pin. Maybe a pre check list would’ve been helpful.

Adonis FMaintenance of the vehicle was horrible which caused me to use way to much fuel. I accidentally dropped my car key in the night drop box and called the emergency number for assistance. The manager said that he lived in phenix city and I should dig through the dumpster out back to find something to get my key out with. I managed to get it out while he was monitoring me via the video camera. Totally unprofessional but so very common for Victory Drive in Columbus Georgia. Will never rent there again

Earlene LWe were charged $20 for gas when we barely used any. We obviously would’ve filled it up to where it was had we of known how outrageous their pricing was. Also the after hours check in was not simple and they should warn you to bring your passport with you as an alternative form of identification. Horrible experience and honestly so misleading. They advertise $19.99 and .79 per mile but nothing about the gas on top of that.
