I was charged more then agreed. And I returned the truck with more fuel then was agreed. Bad business practice.

We was charged for a full days rental when we were over by two hours on a rental of a tow dolly. It will be a very cold day somewhere when we rent from Uhaul again if you need the money that bad. It should of been pro-rated at best. I don't know if it's Uhaul customs or just a greedly litte operator trying to rip off people.
As of 3-30-09 by bank acct was still not credited with the $10.64 owed to me. I was over-charged on the truck fee. I was quoted $19.99 and then charged $29.95. Also, I was charged for "supposedly" not sweeping the truck out. I personally swept the truck myself. I was not very pleased with that.
