Train your employees, need better communication skills. I did everything online, including uploading drivers license, adding authorized driver, checking in, and paying in advance. She said the U-Haul system doesn't actually save that information, which I knew was wrong, so I had to go through another 30 minutes at the counter repeating everything. I got home and checked my credit card statement and found I had indeed already paid for the reservation, so I called her back to make sure I didn't get double charged. She told me ‘oh yeah, I finally found your reservation and payment record but I just didn't say anything, guess I should've told you'.

The two Ladies that were working on May 1st 2021needs a rein check! They were very rude and were not helpful at all. Rohan I think one of their names were along with her supervisor. They gave me a truck on half tank of fuel and not knowing better I was thinking it was supposed to be that way. The manager basically called me a liar and said all of their trucks are sent out on full! Not that one

Hours of operation.....need to be later than 1pm on a Saturday. Original drop off location was changed, probably 15 miles further. Only on spot to park along fence as instructed. If that had been full, I would have no idea where to have parked the truck. Lucky I guess.

the steering wheel coating was disintegrating and was crumbling in my hand while driving. maybe put a steering wheel cover on it. It took longer to do mobile pick up due to not very good cell service at this location. had to walk around until I picked up wifi to complete the pick up process. not much can be done about that, more of a FYI.

Horrible. I not only filled the gas tank once, but I stopped a second time to put in $6 to refill to FULL. They charged me for damages although there was none. I stopped and bought a broom and dust pan, just to make everything perfect. I moved only moved 2 aquariums.

Opened at 9. Got there a little early and door was locked, looked in window and saw a person behind counter. She also saw me. I was waiting outside at a waiting area table, at some time she unlocked door but did not tell me. I tried door again and it was unlocked. She should have come outside and told me they were open. When it came time to choose insurance her words were " If there is any damage you will have to pay cash, no insurance, no credit card." Is that U-Hauls policy?

Equipment was clean and well maintained with the exception of it reeked of smoke from a previous renter. I like the rental process from my smart device, but you need to widen the GEO location parameters. The truck was parked at one end of the business, which is a fenced in storage facility. When standing by the truck, the map showed my location correctly, but it said I wasn't at the business. I had to walk across the parking lot and stick my arm through the fence with the phone to get it close enough to the business for your app to accept it.

Charged for 24 covers only asked and use only 1. Asked for 17 ft truck said uhaul doesn't have any and website there are they changed on my reservation had to make 2 trips because of that cost for extra work hours for movers help. Never use again

The rental truck was very good. However, when aksed about the charges before the rental, no mention was made about a $10 CDW charge nor was it explained at the time of the rental. After returning the truck, the $10 cahrge appeared on the final bill. Lisa refused to adjust the charges even though she had not outlined the CDW in any discussion we had. We cannot justify using the service again.

All went well. However, it's upsetting that the 'gas mileage' rate increases on the weekend! It makes NO sense other than to gouge the customer. Home Depot does NOT charge ANY gas mileage on rental of their vehicles but unfortunately they were already rented out. I was helping a sight impaired friend by picking up a sofa for her. She had to reimburse me, it didn't come out of my pocket. But none the less, it makes NO sense to charge more on the weekend!

The lady that helped me was very pleasant and thorough. The office was really nice. The counter looked like the storage lockers. The products were neatly displayed so you could look and decide what was best for your needs. And the office and grounds were very clean.

Gina didn't tell me that I could get more miles if I needed them, nor the “ extra “ miles would be .99 cents. “Didn't “ get courtesy call, my wife checked our bank. And told me u haul hit us for another $7.00, no explanation. Debbie was the lady I talked to, and she didn't say anything about cost of miles or extra charge. You're app states extra miles.40 cents. We feel cheated, humiliated, if anyone needs a truck, I promise you it won't be u haul. Re training would be great idea for that store. “Never again “.
