Natasha, the first online person was rude and hung up on Dr. Reid (alternative #) and myself. It was as if they didn't believe my information and disliked that I asked questions. This was the first for me doing online and I wanted to understand the protocol. However with persistence and respect (as Natasha was not respectful nor professional) I was professionally assisted and able to obtain a truck to transport my few items. Help keep CSR's like Natasha off the online board. Overall the experience with UHAUL, beyond Natasha's aim to stop my progress, was pleasant, and a success.page S.

The staff at the Spot were unprepared for our visit and we couldn't use the app to pick up the van. The van itself was fine but the process of filling up the tank was disappointing as there is a huge delay between filling up and the gauge actually reading accurately which resulted in us overfilling the tank and wasting money.Rhett R.

The site to drop the Truck off was horrible. Even after calling customer service as to where to leave the truck, they weren't helpful. The employee at "The Spot" advised us to park in the handicapped space. We took their word regarding the parking. A customer service person calls me the following day to state, "There's a $500.00 charge because the Truck was left in a handicapped space. I advised him that that's where we were told to park. I asked who was going to incur this cost. He stated, "I'm not sure. I will follow up to see if my account has been charged. I was totally disappointed in the drop off experience.Concetta M.
Even though it was a brand new truck. I was going to get charged for leaves being in the truck. We returned the truck clean. Also the U-Haul website over charge for gas. The needle was a hair line off on a half a tank and we were going to be charged $56 for that small bit of gas.Michelle S.
